Friendly staffs , ready to assist , breakfast menu should be alternated daily and dinner buffet at 2,500 Mauritius currency per each adult was quite high.

Staff was very nice, but the service was so slow, 10 minutes to order a beverage, 10 minutes for it to arrive. Usually took 3 requests. The same across 3 restaurants. For the money you spend, just the worst service.

Hotel magnifique

Friendly Breakfast Staff Zeenat & Maria gave a beautiful start to each day. Room was spacious and had a perfect view to the beach. The room service not changing used cups/glasses was disappointing.

Le sejour a ete convenable. Le cadre est tres beau mais deja usage. Le personnel est attentionné mais beaucoup de manquement. Manque des dosettes de cafe en chambre, ravitaillement d eau mais aussi les offres de 20% sur le spa sont trop conditionnes. Je nai pas pu en beneficier.

I’ve been to almost 30 different countries, and this is my worst hotel experience. The chrome cast didn’t work the whole stay. They tried to fix it every day, but nothing happened. They tried to fix it while we were at the room, waste of time for us. The first room we got was not cleaned properly. We had several power cuts throughout the stay. Bad communication between the employees. Awful experience for us.

We were not received by our transport, the room was extrmy dirty , the floor was wet

Comme tous les hotels de cette Ile le service est excellent et la nourriture de très bonne qualité. La proximité de l'aeroport donc sur la cote Est impose de ne pas voir le coucher de soleil et les plages, bien que belles, sont un peu moins paradisiaques que dans d'autres endroits.

Beautiful resort with very helpful staff. The restaurants and bars are very expensive and it’s quite secluded

Ein wirklich sehr geschmackvolle Hotel - exklusiv und nicht zu groß, eigentlich genau richtig. Zwei Pools, davon ein Infinity Pool. Service super und sehr freundlich. Essen sehr gut, sowohl Snacks für Zwischendurch als auch in den Restaurants. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit der Option Tretboote o.ä. kostenlos auszuleihen. Sehr schön auch die Liegeplätze im Schatten. Die Nähe zum Blue Bay Marine Park als auch zum Flughafen ist ebenfalls perfekt. Wir sind auf der Insel herumgereist und nur kurz im Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort geblieben, im Nachhinein hätten wir dort länger bleiben sollen weil es wirklich außergewöhnlich ist. Zusammenfassend absolute Empfehlung. Das war sicher auch nicht das letzte Anantara Hotel :-) Einziger negativer Punkt...die Weinpreise fanden wir schon recht hoch, insbesondere für durchschnittliche Weine (auch im Vergleich zu anderen 5* Hotels).

It’s above and beyond. They have free boat trip for snorkling and kayak. The breakfast and dinner were good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel looked a bit dated. The whole building looks like a block of concrete boxes.

Anantara Iko Resort is a great hotel on a beautiful beach with great amenities and aesthetic. Great value as well!

Hotel tres agreable. Personnel vraiment gentil et serviable. La chambre est tres bien, grande, vue magnifique. L’hotel offre des services de qualités, des activités gratuites bien sympas et les restaurants et bars sont tres bien. La nourriture est bonne et variée. Les managers sont aux petits soins et toujours disponibles.Je recommande sans hésitation.

J ai passé un excellent séjour tout le personnel de l hôtel vraiment formidable gentil attentionné je garde un bon séjour mention spécial pour Nicolas et zarra vraiment leur accueil et disponibilité 10/10 je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande ce Resort

It's a nice property with spacious rooms and modern facilities. Location by beach and close to airport is a plus. However, the experience is let down by some staff who just don't seem to bothered about their jobs, unfortunately. House keeping was poor with dusty rooms and towels not changed and even basic things like toilet paper not replenished. The bar area and main buffet areas are too small given the type of property this is. Finally, some F&B prices are astronomical. To put into context, a large draft beer is over GBP 11. That's more than you would pay at the Dorchester Hotel in Central London. This has the potential to be a great property but sadly let down by the above. More a 3 star standard at this point in time. There are plenty of better properties in Mauritius.

The hotel was fresh.Small kids club Nice dinner (a la carte have to book day before) did not try the beach since it was windy and not felt "tropical" beach, u have to walk a bit to reach the beach area overall a max of 1-2 days stay to reach the airport flights ( i would not recommend more) . Also the kids bed was a sofa - bed. not ideal, i would say. breakfast was ok, have tried much better at the island. asked few times for iron in the room, not proper introduction upon arrival unfortunately (we let to know that excursions had to be booked day before) in general, 5* but depending on cost per night , i would stay there if there is a need to be close to airport. Nothing exotic in this hotel
