Sarajevo er en skøn og smuk by. Hotellet var centralt og alligevel lidt afsides med god sengekomfort. Personalet var meget imødekommende og venlig. Morgenmaden var fin. Interadgang var til gengæld meget dårlig!

Wasn’t that far to walk to the city centre but quite steep on the way back as the hotel is on a hill. No bar either which would have been great. Nice breakfast, very clean and room excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful as well. Also had their ”own” cat who came in during the evening and hit the couch at the entrance:).

The city is full of charm and history, and the team made us feel right at home. A special mention to one of the receptionists who also drove us several times, he was exceptional: kind, helpful, and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended! Everything was excellent. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. This is my 2nd time staying here and it was great!

Very convenient location. Though as others have said, it's a steep wallk uphill to get to it; if you have a car, they have parking onsite. They also have a shuttle that will take you around town at a reasonable price, or you can call a taxi in five minutes. Great apartment amenities. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service provided by Muhamed at the front desk, who went way out of his way to try to fix something for us that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't say enough about him. This is where we'll stay when we come back.

Everything was excellent except the Air conditioner was not working and i went to the reception more than 2 times but unfortunately they could not fix it

A beautiful clean hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely shower. Great balcony and fabulous kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Pleasurable walk into town. Sarajevo is a lovely city with lovely people.

My stay was superb, a really nice apartment which was comfortable and really well appointed. The shower was fantastic and the cleanliness excellent. I would defiiitely book here again.

A real gem of a hotel. One bedroom apartment was spacious and furnished to a high standard. Bed comfy and the rain shower was superb. Buffet breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful. An easy 20 min stroll to the Old Town and all the shops / restaurants. Incredible value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

No restaurant at the hotel! A loooong way to walk to any bar or restaurant!! No minibar. No beer. No wine. Staff mediocre and unattentive.

Enjoyed our stay, very nice project with beautiful apartment. Easy access to property with private parking, over all very clean and breakfast was delicious.

B nice… Air conditioning needed some maintenance

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good every day. It is worth noting it is close to the city centre but up a very steep hill which may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. I would personally stay again if I were visiting Sarajevo
