The issue really was service. This was not the same service one would get at other Rosewood Properties like Mayakoba. To start the check in was not informative at all. The kids club was non existing. The concierge was not helpful with any children's programs. The service at the beach was dismal. The crew at the beach was not attentive. They set up some old chez lounges and then never checked on you or gave you new towels. The service to get a drink took 30 mins to 45 mins. The second day we brought our own bottle of wine. And I just walked to the bar myself for a drink. The food. Some was tasty but the pricing for kids food was predatory. 17 dollars for a bad peanut butter and jelly. They did take this off the bill. When we wanted vodka added to a 12 dollar mock tail, they raised the price by 16 dollars to make it a 28 dollar drink. The property itself is nice. The room was very nice. But the attention to detail was lacking and not what you would expect when paying over 3500 per night. For example when they came to turn down the kids sofa bed they didnt any pillows. I guess at the end of the day you are paying for the property and access to the beach club. But they have work to do to reach the level of service at other rosewood resorts. Also I think kids food should be free at that price point or at least at cost. It just rubs me the wrong way when cheap food is expensive.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of service provided by the staff at the Rosewood. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted by the most warm, helpful and accommodating staff. This service extended from the bell stand to housekeeping and to the many waitstaff members we encountered each day. Staff members greeted us with kindness and took time to ask us about our trip and chat beyond the normal pleasantries. They could not have been more professional and their pride in Bermuda and the Rosewood experience shown through.

Hotel was beautiful and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Spa is exceptional. Rooms are beautiful and spacious-beds are comfy. Staff is nothing short of fantastic-friendly and helpful. Food is top notch.

Strange check in experience as there was no one at Reception for quite some time. Property is good overall but underwhelming for a 5 star.

I was not impressed. There’s 2 stagnant shallow pools; no jacuzzi. ‘Ocean view’ room was overlooking the local fractional townhouses. Did not feel like their profile pictures. Not a lot to do there - They have no bikes, no scooters, anything like that. The only option to get anywhere is to wait for their van. Even the beach had assigned seating, it was weird. I did not like it here.

It was overall a nice stay

Beautiful setting and room. Views were lovely. Staff was so nice and helpful. The waitstaff in the restaurants were so personable and made an effort to remember our names. Beach was lovely. Adult pool was peaceful and beautiful. Food was very expensive all around, but they demonstrated value in warmth and Rosewood offered several dining options throughout the resort.

Pool was great. Room was comfortable. Gym was good.

We loved our room , very comfortable , the bed was great and we are picky, and a beautiful view of the gorgeous turquoise ocean when you awake. It was perfectly equipped, mini bar and snacks, and a beautiful terrace over the ocean. They also put a lovely birthday treat in the room for my husband and remembered it and did the same above and beyond at the restaurant that night! This hotel really is fantastic and the staff tries so hard to make your stay as beautiful as possible. We were so impressed and honestly have traveled to quite a few countries.

A beautiful place to vacation

The staff and service was incredible. Every person we encountered was extremely friendly. The food is incredible at the steakhouse. The Italian place is ok. Breakfast is really really good. Our favorite was probably the private beach, well worth it.

Harbor view room was amazing

Wait staff at restaurants was phenomenal - just felt like special touches needed for a 5 star resort were missing this time compared to prior visits.

The Rosewood Bermuda was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful and very well cared for. The service was exceptional. The one thing tha made this place stand out above all else was the people. You will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, polite and genuinely caring group. Thank you Rosewood for a most memorable experience.

Staff was amazing, great location.

Beautiful room with an unbelievable view. Comfortable bed with good 100% cotton sheets. Ample towels and bathrobes. Excellent housekeeping both for daily cleaning, turndown service, and sundries like free bottled water. Staff incredibly friendly and efficient. For a fancy place, not at all snobby. The restaurant was better than expected with an extensive menu including all manner of steaks. The grounds are vast and the private beach amazing. On-property spa is super clean with really wonder staff. Only negative was a mild mildewy odor in the room, no doubt a hazard of being by the water.
