I spend 60-80 nights a year in hotels for work and leisure and I have never done a negative rating. Until now. This place is a dump. We booked two nights and after an hour in I went down to reception to report our worn out and tattered towels, the shower water takes 25 minutes to drain before the next person can shower. The receptionist did not blink, did not apologize and did not offer to bring newer towels. The safe was locked and I asked for it to be unlocked. I am still waiting. The safe was not even secured and can be picked up and removed by anyone. The website shows there is a bar. It was perhaps used many years ago. No sign of glasses, drinks or a barman. No glasses in the room either. I asked for ice and the response was so laughable that I will not publish. The nightstands had two lights. One had no electrical plug nearby, so it was useless. We got out of there as quick as we can the next morning and did not check what they offered for breakfast. Money wasted and no refund for the night not stayed. My best advice if you want to book there: DO NOT DO IT!

The staff was great and accommodating. Just a few things that could have been better, having some towels (not realizing after taking a shower there was none) and heat (the room was freezing) But location was nice.

Das Hotel ist für afrikanische Verhältnisse ok. Wir hatten einige Stunden keinen Strom, der in der anzen Stadt abgestellt war. Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat damit die kleinen "Mängel" locker wettgemacht. Ganz wichtig: Psicherer Parkplatz im Hof.

Das Zimmer war eine Mischung zwischen schäbig und kaputt. Das Schloss in der Zimmertür war nur mit Mühe zu betätigen und die Bettwäsche hatte mehrere Löcher und Risse. Beim Frühstück bekammen wir auf Nachfrage Spiegeleier mit Speck.

Zentrale Lage in Lüderitz. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß.Das Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und ist reichlich.

Hotel avec une décoration un peu vieillotte. L'idée d'un sauna était sympa mais aucune explications du personnel et surtout une porte qui refusait de s'ouvrir une fois à l'intérieur, nous avons du mettre des coups d'épaule pour sortir du sauna !! La piscine n'était pas propre, et très froide pour une "piscine chauffée" Le petit déjeuner était moyen

Das Personal ist nicht gut Geschult. Das Gebäude ist Renovierungs bedürftig. Preis - Leistungsnivau mangelhaft.

This was totally unpleasant. After hours of driving, we arrived to be notified our reservation was canceled and we should have known by reading the email (that was never sent). We booked 5 months in advance! Thankfully they’d found a new reservation for us, with a nightly cost less than half their price. Not the end of the world, but a complete headache. Would not take the risk with this accommodation again.

Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man der Einrichtung auch an. Grundsätzlich ist es aber ein Hotel in das ich nochmal gehen würde. Die Auffahrt zu den wenigen Parkplätzen ist allerdings sehr eng und steil.

Don't expect Marriott standards, but it's good enough to stay there for 1-2 nights

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When talking to the recruiting about the room you merely get laughed at. Protea hotel group I tried to give you another chance but you failed dismally

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Die Reception ist meistens nicht besetzt und nicht sehr freundlich. Es gibt keine Aufzüge und die Treppen sind sehr eng. Niemand hilft beim Gepäck tragen. Die Zimmer sind völlig veraltet und es stank fürchterlich aus den Abflüssen. Das Restaurant ist überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Insgesamt entspricht es nicht dem Standard welchen wir von Protea Hotels gewohnt sind. Beim Check-out behauptete die Receptionistin dass wir noch nicht bezahlt hätten trotz Bestätigunh von hotels.com. Einzig positiv war die Lage und das Wlan. Nie wieder!

Es hat Sie nicht interessiert, was ich Ihnen zum Thema Zimmer geschrieben hatte.Ich habe Sie gebeten das Hotel über meine Ankunft zu unterrichten und nicht mich. Grund: Die erste Nacht fand in einer besseren Notunterkunft statt Es funktionierte nur wenig. Fensterrollos konnten nicht geöffnet werden nur mit Gewalt. TV hatte kein TV-Anschlusskabel. Die Toilettenbrille war mehrfach gebrochen usw. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich dann das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer. Nun gab es keine Probleme mehr.

Die Auswahl zum Abendessen war enttäuschend, das Frühstück eher mager.
