Fantastic time

Fabulous stay! Clean room, amenities great. The staff were friendly and courteous everywhere we went!

Beautiful grounds & common spaces Lovely lazy river and main pool with fun swim up bar. Wonderful bartenders & pool/beach servers with a special shout out to Jamie who really stood out. Daytime pool entertainment was great(if you choose). Ocean front suite was spacious with great views. Had a few issues like a troublesome shower door. Also had outlets fail a few times but Maintenance was prompt. Food & service at Buffet for breakfast/lunch was best food experience during stay but usually had a 10 minute wait, Had a nice lobster at Rubys but the steak was bad. Went back a 2nd time for the lobster- seating there open to the outdoors was very nice. The Greek spot was the nicest venue but food was meh. The Italian was the only place we ran into grumpy staff all week & the food was bad. The coffee shop near check-in was outstanding. Great specialty coffees /teas with tasty finger foods available all day. There's a limited room service menu but service was quick and friendly -found a decent small pizza which was handy most nights later on as the al la carte restaurants limit food orders to a 3 course menu(no extras dishes). Nice spacious beach with comfy lounge chairs and good drink service. Water shoes helpful for swimming. Overall good experience within a short distance to airport

Beautiful resort that was clean and offered lots to do on the property. Not 5 stars because it was hard to find loungers at the pool & beach, their “welcome breakfast” was a very long sales pitch to become a VIP member (don’t go!), and the lazy river’s current was working against you for the first quarter of the river.

Room was always clean! The staff was amazing! There is so much to do there! Downloading the app was huge! We had a little one (5 yrs old) with us and was really hesitant about putting him in StarCamp so that he could meet the other little kids, but it turned out to be the best decision! The security was great, He never wanted to leave the camp, and bawled his little eyes out when we had to leave. We’ll be back!!! Even with the kids!

All of the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean with amazing views. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the resort.

First room obviously had some mildew from hurricane but staff gave us a diff room which was very nice and clean

Everyone at the resort was super friendly, the food was great, especially at the restaurants; the entertainment was awesome. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The staff really did a good job. Our concierge, Rogena, was a sweetheart and hope her management gives her praises.

Transfer back and forth to aeroport was very difficult,they kept us stressed all our vacation,they one week can not confirm pick up time and location,I send them 5 times information about my flight and location,and of the time to pick us up,they looked for us in another resort,terrible,terrible 😥

Clean room, great staff, food was above average, lots of entertainment, would definitely go back.

Overall Stay was great! Wish the weather was alittle better but the staff was friendly, the food was great, and the vibes were the best! We will be back ☀️🇯🇲❤️

The staff was over the top with the care they gave me and to mention a few names ms Kerry Ann was one of the greatest customer service rep there and Tracy was another great person not to mention Dikeisha at the Buffet very awesome service thanks Iberostar I will be back definitely.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade ins Iberostar Joia, und um ehrlich zu sein war das ein unerwarteter Glücksfall, auch da Adults Only. Im Selection Rose Hall gibt es einige Animation. Unsere Suite war riesig und toll ausgestattet.
