La chambre était bien mais l'accueil nous a un peu déçus. Le hall d'entrée est peu chaleureux, la personne ne savait pas répondre à nos questions et nous avons découvert que le parking était payant (il fallait lire les petites lignes apparemment). La partie sport/spa en sous-sol ne donnait pas très envie non plus... L'emplacement et la chambre restaient bien, nous avons passé un séjour très correct.

Not the best not the worst

Polite staff, excellent central location, quirky parking (but at least it exists). My only complaint was the mismatch in price of parking between the website and reality - it is 15 EUR per day, which is also the price of all the paid parking facilities in the area.

It’s hard to describe just how bad this hotel is. Door doesn’t latch unless you lock it. Tiny, uncomfortable pillows and a poorly made mattress. Watered down shower products and no tissues in the bathroom. Old towels with threads hanging from all edges. And you can hear wastewater from other rooms coming down the pipes at all hours. For what I paid on hotels dot com, this should have been a much better experience.

Staff mostly friendly. Condition of hotel not great frankly, but then again the price was lower than some of those i compared with. But not that well maintained, and a few things could be better with a bit more effort on maintanance, etc.

Dated and a tiny bit dusty but other than that a great place for a quick stay that’s very conveniently located.

Hotel in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i posti da vedere.a 10 minuti a piedi si trovano alcune delle migliori atteazioni della città e la fermata della metro. Personale disponibile e gentile e hotel molto curato in ogni dettaglio.

No way is this a 4* hotel - I’m not sure it’s even 3*. The room was shabby & old and looked like a b&b from the 80s. I suspect the listing shows photographs of the rooms as they were 10/15 years ago. The beds were ok - though we were given a twin room despite booking a double. The sheets were clean but the bathroom not so much. There were dirty marks all round the taps, the shower was just handheld over the bath which had filthy sealant round it. The lobby of the hotel smells of cigarette smoke and it’s situated in a grotty run down side street. Do not waste your money staying here - spend the extra £20 or so and get one of the ‘5*’ hotels which are hopefully more like their Expedia listings,

Sejour sympa un très bon hotel la dame de l’accueil qui est brune est au top seul soucis cest que les femmes de menage ne faisaient pas le menage pendant le sejour... Et pas d'ascenseur jusqu'au 5 eme donc pas accessible pour les handicapés

Nice and quiet hotel close to city center and with many options of transportation. The room was spacious, comforfable, well designed and had a great view (5th floor room). One little thorn is the Breakfast which isn't very diversified, food was just OK.

Minpunten : onvoldoende airco capaciteit (open raam was effectiever dan airco + geurtje in badkamer) Pluspunten : proper, prima bedden, dagelijkse opruiming kamer, vriendelijk personeel, centrum Sofia, verzorgd ontbijt in buffetvorm voor 18 Lev (9 Euro) pp

Muy buena ubicación, personal atento y muy práctico. Deben mejorar en algunos aspectos la habitación estándar: la nevera no funcionaba y algunos interruptores tampoco.
