潮濕發霉味很重，浴室排水完全沒用，光淋浴沖身體就淹水，打掃做的不確實，很多灰塵，浴室也都是水垢黑霉發黃。沒有特別標註一般雙人房沒有任何窗戶是密閉空間，早餐很普通就是白粥小菜烤土司。

Room felt old and needed a thorough cleaning. Shower had mold growing. Very poor lighting in the room. Two instant noodles were left in the room for guests to eat, which was good but there were no chopsticks or forks to eat the noodles. The breakfast was below average which in a way was good because there were so many nearby shops that offered excellent food.

4 star amenities for a 3 star hotel! Nespresso pods, Dyson like hairdryer, Japanese toilet bowl, high tech shower with digital display that shows you how long you are in the shower and water temperature haha. Location is central.

There was no toilet paper in the room and the safe did not work. The shower did not have any cold water. Visited this hotel in 2023 and it was operated well with an excellent breakfast. Now the rooms are not ready or working and the breakfast is not very good.

服務人員十分友善，可惜有些房內空調的馬達聲對聽覺敏感人有點在意，有機會還會回住！

評価が高かったので予約してみました。 チェックインは日本語対応している機械で手続きしました。 洗面所のコップに汚れがあったのは気になりましたが、その他は清潔でした。 客室には、無料のカップ麺やスナック、ボトルウォーターがありました。 台鉄台南駅前から路線バスに乗り、バス停がすぐ近くにあり便利でした。（本数は少ない） 朝食の品数は少ないので、しっかり食べるよりかは軽く済ませて、周辺や他のレストランで豆花とか牛肉湯も食べるのが良いかもです。 日本人観光客で安心安全を求める方には最適なホテルだと思いました。

一万円以上の宿泊代なのに窓無しの6畳部屋。バスタオルは、洗濯済みではあるがボロボロ。朝食は、パン食を洗濯できるがコーヒーと紅茶の提供は無し！

整體還不錯，但是訂房平台沒有顯示停車位需要預定，因為行李很多要在外面找車位很麻煩，希望可以改進

Great hotel with great staffs. Clean and the location is good as well

The room was comfortable enough, but there wasn’t much in regard to housekeeping. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is walking distance to lots of sights and a short taxi ride from the train station.

這飯店附的早餐是數一數二頂級的，為了早餐下次可以再過來住一次。
