Service is excellent, I had issue with a flight being cancelled and they happily extend to 6 PM no charge since also bit low on occupancy at their site. The Small gesture that helps me during sudden changes on travel worth more than 5 stars

This may be one of the best Renaissance Hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff and service have been really impressive. I want to commend Salman, the Club Lounge staff member. He has been really friendly, always smiling, and has helped us a lot.

I recommend to visit other hotels with similar budget.

Be careful drinking anything from the refrigerator in the room, they will charge you. I booked a room for my brother and his wife, who drank a few juices and sodas from the fridge. I was notified the next day that there would be a charge of 7000 taka, equivalent to $60. When I asked them if they could charge my card they originally told me they could only take cash or Bkash payment. When I told them I wouldn’t be able to make a bKash payment because I am a foreigner, they were very rude and distasteful in their comments. I proceeded to speak to a manager who helped me use my credit card to make a payment right away. For this establishment to be a 5 star hotel, their attitude is terrible and I don’t recommend any foreigner to stay here as it will be a risk.

They don’t offer the 5 star hotel service . Staff are very good and welcoming but hotel service is very poor compared to 5 star hotel .

Enjoyed staying there

Enjoyed my stay. Interior met USA standards, which was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Area around hotel was typical for Dhaka. I felt safe walking around during the day and evening. There are good options to eat within the hotel and walking distance. Finding the options walking distance from the hotel takes a bit of creativity and adventurism to find them! (Which is part of the fun.)

(-) How come a hotel don’t have any diet soft drinks options on room service? Had to buy on vendors in the street (-) Swimming pool closes at 7pm (-) There is not a smith machine on their gym (+) Super friendly and helpful staff (+) Amazing service (+) Cool location

My stay at this hotel from the check in experience to leaving the hotel using their transport service was excellent. The facilities are fantastic and each and every member of staff I came across including the restaurant staff were amazing.

Terrible service. Need huge upgrade. Breakfast is aweful. There was spoiled and rotten cold-cut. Loud and unfriendly staff in the kitchen area.

Very over priced hotel. Rooms are not veey clean. Towels with marks/stains. Swimming pool is not clean.

I’m glad I stayed in the hotel.
