The staff at the reception made me pay in cash a "tourism fees" of 7156 fcfa that corresponded to the exact fees that I already paid. She did not take the time to check my invoice. And the invoice showed the double payment clearly. I intend to discuss this amount.

Chambre propre, personnel serviable

This was my second stay at the property in the last 4 years, and I would say it is a very hospitable facility. Cleanliness and staff professionalism were a plus. Other than that, I didn't like the hallway lighting on the 8th floor where my room was located.

Qualité de la chambre : médiocre, mal conçue, curieuse disposition des équipements. Petit déjeuner : pas au niveau. La bouillie du matin... et ce qui est mis à disposition est peu varié et peu tasty. Personnel au petit déjeuner : peu dispo, peu serviable, peu avenant, pas souriant.

Struttura e servizio che non rispecchiano minimamente il prezzo pagato! L'hotel è in stato totale di abbandono e anarchia, il personale non è minimamente predisposto a fare il minimo indispensabile, camere con porte rotte, tavoli sporchi, colazione terminata alle 8.30, piscina abbandonata a se stessa, il ristorante da non avvicinarsi nemmeno perché scadente. Per la cifra pagata ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di almeno decente.

Absolutely worst I have ever seen. Hotels smells like poop. Poor ventilation, cleaners come knocking at 7am, staff calling your room after paid on Expedia a d they charge you extra on checkout. Stay away..
