Great 2-night stay in a perfect location for commute to Woking for a couple of days. Friendly and welcoming hosts, secure parking behind gate and good facilities. Recommended.

The guest house was lovely, with nice comfy beds and enough room for three people. It was nice to have the fridge microwave in the room and close parking in the courtyard and very safe with gates across.

This was a 1-night stay for work. Entrance to yard is protected by gate with code. Just enough space to park. I was in room 3 and the door to the room did not lock with the key either inside or outside. In the room there was an okay ensuite with a small kitchenette as well. Bed was comfortable, small desk and chair to work at. No restaurants within walking distance. TV was okay, as was WiFi. No phone signal at location.

The owner couldn't have been any more helpful . Our two night stay was very good and the apartment was lovely would definitely return without hesitation.

Great base for exploring the nearby theme parks. We stayed for 4 nights and the studio apartment had everything we needed and enough space for 4 of us.

Nicely furnished spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen area and a large very comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean throughout. Private parking proximate to the room. Would definitely recommend this property, and we would stay here again.

Great stay at this little gem perfect for our stay over while visiting for the ladies open golf at walton heath. Fantastic blast there to great us nothing was to much trouble highly recommend

Comfortable bed and friendly staff

Two night stay with our 10 month old, it was perfect. Lovely room, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed it. If you are on EE mobile network there is no signal at the entrance, not the guest houses fault in any way. But if you need to contact them when you arrive you may beed to fo for a wander to get a signal.

It was suitable for a night during a golf trip during which I had an early tee time near Woking. And the price was right.

This was a business trip and so after a long drive, the warmth, comfort and cleanliness of the room were very welcome. It was spacious and the addition of a mini fridge and microwave meant I could also make a hot meal which was great. Wonderful to have a bath and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Had a great night's sleep and overall I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Perfect. Clean, efficient and comfortable.

Ideal for visiting Thorpe Park. Very helpful with plenty of leaflets about takeways etc. Parking not great but Ok. Too many spiders in the corners of the rooms, not great when you are there with two daughters ! Someone's hair thing was left on the sofa under a cushion. Extra bed was very uncomfortable, My youngest slept on it the first night, I slept on it the second night and you can feel the springs, Surely just buying a mattress topper wouldn't cost much but would make the bed more comfortable. I would stay again but I'd hope that the cobwebs and spiders would be removed next time. Loved having the microwave, sink etc was ideal to have a takeaway. Need a towel in the kitchen area, when you wash your hands at the sink you have to then walk to the bathroom to dry hands (well we moved the towel into the kitchenette area but then you have to use your bath towel in the bathroom.) Ooh love the towels ! Love to know where you got them ... I need some more towels !

Although check in wasn’t until later, we stopped to pay and ask for the room key as we were going to a wedding and knew it would be late when we got back. Charlotte and her team were so kind and cleaned our room immediately whilst making us a cup of tea so that we could get changed. Fantastic service, a rare find in todays world. Thank you! Lovely room and very comfy bed. Just what we needed.
