改装されてからの営業からまだ浅い為、とてもきれいな内装でした。 また、和を中心に庭園などがあり心が和む雰囲気が良かったと思います。 スタッフの方はいいのか，悪いのか評価が難しいところです。悪くもなく、よくも無い、普通なのかなと言った感じです。 でも，とてもゆっくりとリラックスして過ごすことが出来ました。有難う御座いまました。 さらに，精進される事を願っています。

Great experience felt authentic Japanese.

Everything was perfect, except for the aircon placement. The hotel uses ducted aircon vents which, unfortunately, was placed right smack on top of the bed. Although the room had a high ceiling, one had to keep their head covered with the blanket just so that cold air won't be continuously blasting on to one's head. Nevertheless, the hotel itself was clean, modern, and in a quiet neighborhood. They finally have room service, which unfortunately for us we weren't able to try because it was only from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The room itself was immaculate - the bathroom was huge, and the toilet was a Neorest AH. Overall, we'd go back to this. One last thing - always get the full breakfast. You won't regret it!

ひらまつホテルは全部制覇するつもりで、箱根、沖縄、京都と泊まりましたが、料理はどこも大変美味しかったです。京都は立地の関係かトイレとバスが一緒なところ以外は満足でした。

門をくぐった時から始まる素晴らしいもてなしと、シンプルで和モダンな館内室内が心を落ち着かせてくれます。観光ではなくここでの時間を過ごすためだけに訪問しました。広く清潔な室内は、静かな時間を過ごすにふさわしい。いずみでの夕食をいただきました。旬の食材に手間をかけたそれぞれの料理、特に八寸は注目に値します。日本酒も楽しめて、とても若いスタッフですが細かな気遣いがとてもよい。英語も中国語も使えます。また行きたい

洗面所が狭く、洗面ボウルも一つしか無く、トイレの蓋も自動で何度も開いてしまいました。ベッドの横に空調があり、風の音で眠れないため、止めるしかありませんでした。朝方4時前にゴミ収集車の音で3,4回目が覚めてしまいました。食事は夕食、朝食共に素晴らしかったので、不満は部屋のみです。

The room was beautiful and spacious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend dinner reservations at their restaurant. The food was amazingly delicious.

Exceptional experience

Love this hotel. The customer service is the best I have experienced so far across Japan and other countries. I appreciate the caring and consideration that staff have taken care for us. I appreciate having such quite family space in Kyoto which was exactly we were looking for. The quality of the amenities and the services are best of best. Highly recommend

Super nice hotel with updated amenities in your room. Everyone there was super friendly and attentive, they’ll make you feel like a VIP. The bedding was amazing, it felt like I was sleeping on clouds. This isn’t the place if you prefer to have natural sunlight, this place is pretty dark overall. Also I swear breakfast said 2200 per person on the menu but I ended up getting charged 12000yen for 2 people (about $100USD) so I’d make sure on the price before you add on breakfast and reserve your spot in the morning. It was great but not too sure if it was worth $100.. would I go back to this hotel? Probably not, even though it was a really nice place.

Absolutely the best hotel I stayed so far, beautiful, tasteful and luxurious decor, understated Kyoto elegance. We enjoyed the Best possible Japanese breakfast with freshest ingredients, Top quality local Kyoto amenities and attentiveness of every staff member.

彼女の誕生日旅行、またプロポーズの場所として宿泊させて頂きました。 当日レストランは、予約で埋まっていたので部屋にケーキと花束を用意してもらいました。 外に食事に出ていたので、チェックインが遅い時間になってしまいましたが、遅い時間帯にも関わらず、スムーズな対応をして頂き思い出に残る旅行となりました。 お部屋の雰囲気もとても良く、また旅行に行く機会があったら是非宿泊させて頂きたいです。
