Very close to the train station a big positive. Very rundown on the exterior that seemed to be the case for almost everything near the train station. If you’re looking for convenience and not staying for long, I can recommend this hotel. The rims were clean, but obviously needed some updating. Staff was great.

Leider war die Umgebung sehr unsicher, Service war auch etwas schleißig zb wurden alte Handtücher mitgenommen aber keine neuen mehr ins Zimmer gelegt

Hotel and staff were very helpful.. Great location to Naples.Outside the hotel ( not under their control) is dirty and littered with homeless who minded to themselves..

中央駅前の広場に面したメインゲートは、え本当？みたいなところでうっかりすると見逃します。更にはそのゲートの扉は夜7時から朝8時迄は閉まってしまいます。共用部の中庭に面したホテルの入り口は小さく複数ブランドと一緒なので要注意です。建物自体はえらく古いのですがホテルの内装はリニューアルされていて清潔感もまずまずです。観光の足場としては結構便利ですが、何せナポリ中央駅前は治安を含め良好とは言いづらいのでご注意を。此のホテルの朝食は結構な品目のビュッフェでホットドリンクはスタッフへ注文するシステムです。レセプションスタッフもホスピタリティ溢れる人達ですが英語でのコミュニケートは中々に困難です。

Good location near a train station. I would rate it three stars. Rooms are newly renovated, and hotel staff are accommodating and provide good service. A lot of breakfast choices; however, hot food was cold. Lastly, the surroundings are not safe to walk alone.

We needed to find a hotel close to the station for the night and this was perfect. Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Perfect transit stop!

Nytt - under oppussing. Bærer preg av litt dårlig kvalitet. Litt slummete område, men sentralt ved metro og togstasjon. Veldig lytt ut til gangen. Døren til rommet var kun en tynn skyvedør. Rent og fint rom. Hyggelig personale. Lite, men akkurat plass til det mest nødvendige.

The hotel was hard to find. The room was neat and newly restored. There was no breakfast dining room so we had to go back to the room to eat breakfast there. The doors could do with dropseal and better soundproofing as you could hear absoloutely everything that was going on in the corridor. In the morning you have some religiois people doing their morning prayers outside the window. The upside is that you do not need an alarm clock.

The room itself was super small but very nice and clean. But I didn’t feel safe in the area it’s in at all. It smelled of human pee and fecal matter, homeless sleeping everywhere and the area was just cluttered with trash.

La chambre est très bien décorée c'est très confortable le seul bémol c'est l'isolation on entend tous des chambre d'à côté ainsi que le personnel de la réception qui est dans le même couloir que les chambres. Dans la salle de bain il y a une forte odeur d'égout ce qui est très désagréable. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil l'emplacement est parfait et le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

The hotel was in renovation, which is fine. The hotel setup is interesting with a long pathway. Where I had most issue is the rooms that are not sound-proof. Whatever happening in the hallway, it's like if I was there. Besides that, the hotel is not in the best location in Naples but it's very handy when it comes to going around as the train station is on the corner, so is the bus to the airport.
