Bed was really bad. It is not even a real bed, i dont know what they use there. It is like a sponge which is super soft in a bad way. There is no elevator, You have to carry you luggage to everywhere. Room has no view not even a street view. Over priced for a place like this. The only good thing is very close to center. You dont need car, you can easily walk there. Staff is friendly.

Hotellet lå relativt sentralt til, i smal gate hvor det var umulig å finne parkering. Fant tilslutt et parkeringshus med ledig plass. Hyggelig betjening, grei størrelse på rom. Teppegulv med flekker, blodflekk på badematte, litt mangelfull brannsikkerhet. Men rene sengklær og toalett, veldig parfymelukt på rom. Ok frokost. Veldig lytt fra gang og inn på rom. Naboer som gikk inn og ut, andre som banket på dørene til hverandre.

Better airconditioning

Very clean, spacious and well located, 2 minutes from the centre of Zabljak and groceries. No washing machine nor dish washer though.

Cute hotel with a great central location. Staff were so helpful with our questions and also accommodated us with an earlier breakfast when we had a tour in the morning.

In the heart of the city. Very convenient for walking and close to tour departure points. Friendly, helpful staff with dining suggestions. They also arranged our 7 am taxi to the airport. Excellent English. Will stay there next time. We loved Sarajevo. Fascinating recent history and very affordable.

The property is fine for a night. It’s a good location near the main center of Sarajevo. The staff was great, but the room was very dingy, the shower was pretty rough and the holder for the shower head was so incredibly high on the wall there was no way to rinse off without getting your hair wet. The front desk does depart overnight, which also feels a bit odd to have no staff, just guests overnight.

Close to restaurants

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive and spoke a range of languages excellently. Nothing was too much trouble and shared recommendations on local amenities and restaurants and activities. The staff made such a difference to our stay in Sarajevo. The building and location was lovely and so close to the everything in the old town. Fantastic in every way and thank you to all the staff.

Location non lontano da Cattedrale ma senza parcheggio. Camere con necessità di essere ristrutturate, odore di muffa, tende alle finestre non oscuranti (portatevi una mascherina se siete sensibili alla luce), colazione appena sufficiente, Wifi debolissimo (insufficiente se dovete lavorare)..si salva solo lo staff, cortese e premuroso..ma più di tanto non può fare

It was a great location. Everyone was locely but give the woman working the kitchen and the rooms a raise. She was so lovely and made me smile.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili. Girişte akşam, çıkıştaki sabah ilgilenen beyfendiler çok sıcaktı. Kahvaltıdaki bayan bize kahve ikram etti. Çok çok ilgililer. Sıkıntılar şu şekilde. Yataklar fazla yumuşak. Klima yetersiz kendini ısıttı üşüdük. Oda küçük. Sıcak su debisi çok azdı ve ılık akıyordu. Duşu başka otele bıraktık.

Merhaba, puanı yüksek olmasına rağmen odalar bakımsızdı. Çöp kovası bile yoktu. Duvarlar kirliydi. Bir badana bile yapılmamıştı. Birde dışardaki sesler çok duyuluyordu. Personel ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çeşidi azdı bence. Lavabolar temizdi. Ama otelin genel bir bakıma ihtiyacı var. Merkeze yakın ama fiyatına göre bana yetersiz bir otel gibi geldi. Sevgiler,

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and I had a really positive experience. The staff is extremely welcoming, dedicated and eager to help; it was an absolute pleasure to be cared for and guided by these wonderful people. The location was perfect and close to the main attractions of the city. The room was very clean and equipped with basic amenities, but it could use some maintenance (the floor of the shower stall was cracked and leaked water, the shower stall didn't close entirely, baseboards were not firmly attached to the walls and kept falling). The breakfast options were diverse and fresh, and really delicious. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers, young couples and those who value the service that makes you feel at home. Many thanks again to the wonderful staff!
