Really nice hotel, fantastic staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good range of options. Good location and generally quiet at night. The rooms are quite light at night - there’s an odd “night light” that you can’t turn off (we covered it in pillows, it’s just by the door at ground level). You also aren’t allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside at all (like nothing) or the “hotel will fine you” which seemed a bit extreme. They do provide 2 bottles of water a day though which was good. Would happily stay again

A hotel with an elevator and a lovely restaurant/bar and dipping pool the size of a hot tub on the roof top. I also saw a sauna and steam room but I didn’t try them out. There was a very small gym but it was located by the rooftop restaurant and elevator and had a glass wall that really gave the impression of very much being on display while working out. The food I did try at the restaurant and through room service was good, as well as the daily breakfast. Hotel is a little hard to find as it is down a small side street but the reception was always efficient kind and helpful with any question I asked and ordered a taxi for me and the driver was great as well.

Really enjoyed my stay at Arushi. The hotel is in a nice area, on a side street, but is a short walk away from a lot of restaurants/shops. Very nice property. It can get a bit noisy with construction next door, but it was a pleasant stay. Negotiate the car price if booking through the hotel. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, perfect location for everything in Thamel, the Security card gave us peace of mind, and the front desk was helpful for everything we needed. They truly went above and beyond to help make out stay in Kathmandu perfect. If I ever return to Kathmandu, I would not consider any other hotel. The food was excellent and hygienic, the Marpha Bar was great, the breakfast each morning had different offerings of Delicious food.

Incredible hotel in Thamel. Very clean, very nice and modern but with a local feel and aesthetic. The front desk is very helpful, better than most Western hotels in that regard. Coming to a country where I do not speak the language, they were able to communicate vet well in English, they helped with my bookings, they took care of our luggage while we were on a Trek, the room service, the breakfast buffet, and the Marpha bar were all excellent. They have security out front that made us feel safe, and the security guard was friendly and greeted us daily. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, would recommend to anyone.

Secludid and charming hotel with very nice staff. Walking distance from lots of trekking shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This was down an alley and about 3-4 min walk to Thamel. However if you are looking for a restaurant around the corner, it doesn't exist. Dont do your dry cleaning. My clothes came back dingy and dirtier looking

Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in proximity to Thamel, with great staff and service.

Very great stay at Arushi Boutique Hotel. The roof top was nice. We didn't use the pool (the water was cold, not super cold...). We used the small gym and both treadmill worked very well. The room was very confy and clean. The shower worked well. The breakfast was AWESOME. We ate one dinner there and it was very good.

This hotel was so nice. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. Plenty of hot water. It’s down an alleyway, which makes it quieter, but it’s still within walking distance to many restaurants.

Great place to stay in Thamel! It’s a safe and peaceful sanctuary away from the chaos of Thamel. Staff are wonderful and the breakfast is top class.

A good stay overall, comfortable, party size bed, and a great shower. The food was good and great value, the staff were the jewel in the crown, their willingness to help and a genuine warmth and friendliness.

Top notch room with most pleasant ambience and the breakfast was five star grade. It’s tucked in from the busy street and the staff service was excellent.
