Breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday not is how I’m speckted, the customer service not helping me right, call to check for the instructions and not do it, when come to check in same thing nothing is right

The stay was great. The service was always very pleasant. The facilities were very clean and organized. The continental breakfast was great too and fresh. The room was clean and fresh.

Everything was wonderful ❤️ hope to be back soon !

The staff at the reception was very helpful and the room was great. The shuttle service to the airport was also very good. (The only thing that I do not recommend is the restaurant. The view was nice but the food was not good. Frozen appetizer and the main course was also cold)

Exelente atencion

Los elevadores tardan un siglo en llegar y hay que esperar aveces más de 15 minutos por un elevador. Están malisimamente programados y por eso se tardan, van a los mismos niveles al mismo tiempo y para mientras todos los demás niveles esperando. Algo súper incómodo es el tema del parqueo, cada vez que uno sale o saca el carro, debe parar en el lobby, sellarlo en recepción y luego validarlo en la máquina y luego tomar el elevador nuevamente para el S2, como huéspedes nos deberían dar un único ticket o tarjeta por toda la estadía. También a los huéspedes nos mandan al sótano 2, me parece muy mala atención cuando deberían darnos prioridad en el S1 o bien parquearnos donde cada quien encuentre al llegar.

Great place

Uno de los pocos hoteles con cuartos familiares, y un bufet de desayuno excelente los fines de semana.

The floors were dirty as hell. If you walked around barefoot in the hotel room, your feet will be black. Two separate rooms were like this. Definitely feels unsanitary. The lobby bathrooms were either clogged, broken, or unclean. The breakfast was great. The restaurant is worth checking out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in two rooms. The second room for the other half of my trip, was missing a tv and well not that important but a chair. Some outlets weren’t working either. The price is okay, wouldn’t say it totally worth it. To the hotel: please have someone clean those floors, they are nasty.

No me dejaron utilizar la piscina como huésped, querían que pagara Q500 extras para optar al day pass que estaban vendiendo, cuando hice la reserva nunca dijeron nada y no buscaron una solución. Me dijeron que si no quería hospedarme podía cancelar mi reserva.

La piscina no es climatizada.

Pagué una estadía en un hotel con piscina para encontrarme con que no puedo utilizar la piscina pésimo y tuve que pagar extra

I stayed at Hotel Vista 15 in Guatemala City for just a few hours overnight. The reviews made it seem modern and updated, but when I arrived around 4 p.m., it felt a bit empty and more outdated than expected. The staff was nice, though, and I had dinner at the rotating restaurant, which had a charming old-time vibe and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The room, a two-bedroom suite, was spacious with a drop-dead gorgeous view of the city at night. But it needed a better cleaning—there was a dirty shower head, hair on the sheets, and stains on the bed. The sink in the bathroom kept backing up, and the elevator looked outdated. That said, the sauna was nice, the pool was great, and the gym was solid. They did offer free water, which was a nice perk. Overall, a mixed stay—beautiful view and space, but it needs some serious updates and a cleaner room.
