I have very mixed feelings after staying here. I’ll start with the positive.
Spa is stunning and the therapists were a 10 out of 10.
Restaurant a la carte (not dinner buffet) was amazing, waitresses very attentive 10 out of 10.
We tried to change usd into local currency, they were so annoying and were rejecting every single note(some of them were just out of the bank) just to avoid doing it.
We wanted to experience the English high tea (both of us are vegetarian) we were asking at 3pm and they start at 3:30 so they couldn’t accommodate our request with more than 30 min in advance, and he didn’t even try to find a suitable solution.
When we checked-inn I advice the receptionist that our check out was going to be at 6am but since I paid for our accommodation with breakfast included he said they will prepare boxes to take. There was a massive group and we could see at least 30 boxes for the group but they denied our breakfast.
Ocean view room I booked ended up being partially view.
Don’t over pay for this hotel, we spend the previous nights on cheapest 5 stars hotel with much better service, and better facilities.
Rooms need a massive renovation.
