The overall location is decent and there are several restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the lobby and bar area is nice.
When we checked in, we had reserved two king rooms and were told they weren’t available and all they had were two queen rooms. My husband is 6’4” and this did not work for us. They had some conversation at the front desk, and a king room was then available. They offered $10 per day vouchers to use at the hotel for not having the reserved rooms available.
The parking is under the freeway behind the hotel, and there were homeless people nearby or the option was to pay $30 for valet per day.
Our friends ended up in a double queen room, and had blood stains on the sheets in one of the beds. In our room, there was no soap in the shower and the shower leaked all over the floor in the room as if it was not sealed correctly. This was all relayed to the front desk.
