The property, location, room and amenities are all great. Having no front desk onsite is not great. Their website says there's "local guest support whenever you need it." ??? Front desk support would have been helpful when their website crashed, they wouldn't answer emails, and we couldn't get through on the phone. And we needed to leave our luggage but their system said we had no reservation. Because it wasn't actually functioning. This was very stressful. Even so, we would probably stay there again. It's great to have a kitchen and clothes washer. Their system came back online before we needed to enter our room. But what if it hadn't? And they don't seem to have an adequate catastrophe plan?? One of the maintenance staff kindly let us in to leave our luggage but she had no answers about the system failure and if we'd be able to enter the building later. Hopefully Bob W learned lessons and future customers will not have this experience. They have a wonderful product. Now they need to add wonderful customer service.

The property was clean and comfortable. Near shops and cafés. The only problem is that the entry door control didn't work twice while we were there. That apart I would happy stay there again.

great location, very comfortable bed, super shower and everything you need and very stylish. Loved the design area and would not hesitate to stay here again. This accommodation really made our holiday very special

Beautiful property with amenities of home. Clean and thoughtfully appointed room. We had an issue with door lock when arriving, but staff was helpful and kept us apprised. Would definitely stay again in future.

Bob's place is wonderful in many ways. It has everything you could possibly need, it is very comfortable and stylish. It is quiet! We enjoyed the location greatly!! It was easy enough to gain access to the place, and we used the luggage compartment for storage the day we checked out. We did use a lock for each of our bags, which we brought with us. We really enjoyed the apartment and would stay at one of Bob W's properties FOR SURE in the future!

二度目の利用でした。 前回より少し広い部屋にしたところ、三人ほど座れそうなサイズのソファがあり(前回の部屋にあったソファは一人サイズ)、のんびりくつろぐことが出来ました！ 立地もよく、またきっと利用します！
