今回初めて一週間滞在した際に利用しましたが、すごくいいアパートだったのでレビューを記載します。 まず、滞在前に荷物事前預入について相談しました。英語もフィンランド語も全然わからない私ですがストレスを感じないコミュニケーションでした。（ちなみに、荷物は受付がないので、1階にある鍵のついた荷物スペースに自身で置いておくことが可能です。鍵を開けれるのは当日アパートに滞在する人だけですが、私たちは預けませんでした。） 何よりお部屋がとても綺麗でした！沢山料理がしたかったので広いキッチンに感激しました。中庭も見える部屋でとってもお洒落でした。1日お部屋に籠っていたいほど。笑 オーブンレンジと洗濯機と食洗器がありますが、当然海外製で使い方が難しいです。が、メーカーを調べると使い方もなんとなくわかりました。（食洗器以外は使用しました）スーパーのお惣菜を温めたりしました。洗濯洗剤は無いので持参したもの（ジェルボール）を使用しました。 また、フィンランドは水道水が綺麗なので、そのままマイボトルに水を入れて飲めるのがとても助かりました。（アパートにマイボトルもあります） 大きな冷蔵庫もあるので、数日分の食料を入れることができました。 デメリットはほとんど無いですが、食器を洗うスポンジがありません。自炊するならスポンジを持っていく方がいいです。一応アパートにも置いてあるのですが、日本で使うスポンジではなく、排水溝を洗うブラシのようなものしかありません！現地では主流のようですが、日本人だと、ブラシで食器を洗うのに抵抗があると思います。 サウナは使用しませんでしたが、部屋を見ている感じだとサウナも期待できるので、次回は使用したいなと思います！立地もよくて、近くにスーパーやトラムの駅があり本当に過ごしやすかったです。海外旅行でBobWがあるときは今後毎回利用したい！と思っています。そのくらいオススメです！

Fine all over

清潔で静かで、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。フロントは常時スタッフがいるわけではないですが、困った時にはチャットですぐに対応してもらえて助かりました。ホテル内のプライベートサウナもとても良かったです。

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Helsinki. The space was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it both stylish and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—set in a beautiful area with plenty of charming restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. Everything was easily accessible, and we loved how walkable the neighborhood was. Communication with the company was seamless, with quick and easy text responses, making the stay even more convenient. Whether exploring the city or simply enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, our stay was nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Helsinki!

Huone oli siisti ja sijainti hyvä. Huoneesta löytyi kaikki tarvittava pidempäänkin oleiluun. Polaroid kamerassa ei ollut filmiä ja ilmanvaihtoventtiilit kaipaisivat putsausta. Ilmastointi piti kovaa meteliä. Viihdyttiin kuitenkin hyvin!

Great area near attractions, restaurants and a quick walk to the Old Town Market.

Paikka oli todella siisti ja tilaa oli paljon. Nyt en yhden yön reissullani joogannut, mutta tilaa siihen olisi ollut ja joogamatot talon puolesta. Siitä iso plussa. Huoneisto oli hyvin varusteltu, oli astioita, kahvia, teetä, astianpesu- ja pyykinpesukoneet.

Perfect location, very comfortable beds and rooms in a charming neighbourhood close to the center.

The flat is spotless, and the location is perfect! This was my second stay and I intend to stay with Bob every time I go to Helsinki.

First of all building pictures is not where the rooms are. Second upon entering room immediately had a garbage type smell. Had to contact them to try and fix but they didn’t really solve and were slow to resolve due to not having actual staff there. Both sauna use and room cleaning are extra charges. Booked the sauna (which they require one days notice) and then when the time came for the booking the sauna was not actually ready…

Exellent location, like a modern city home.

Nice place, not far away from the city center. Clean, comfortable and very good attention from the staff.

Great location, communication was excellent. The code worded well. Room was clean and tidy and had a very handy kitchen that was well equiped. Luggage storage s great bonus.

Kaikki meni aluksi erinomaisesti, päästiin perille portit ja ovet aukesi koodilla. Huone oli siisti ja erittäin mukava. Iso jääkaappia, astianpesukone, keittoliesi ja kaikki muukin varustelu oli hyvä. Kun tulimme kaupunki kierrokselta pois niin silloin oli ongelma avauskoodin kanssa. Ei saatu porttia eikä ovea auki koodilla, mikä oli toiminut 3 tuntia ennen. Soitin päivystykseen ja koodi saatiin toimimaan, mutta kyllä siihen meni puoli tuntia. Lisäksi oli pakko osata englantia, jos ei olisi osannut englantia olisi tilanne ollut vieläkin hankalampi.
