Our experience was not great for what we paid and considering this is 4 star hotel . We booked 3 family rooms with clear description of 2 king beds per room for our group of 10 people.In-spite of repeated confirmations , we did not get the rooms we booked. The hotel assigned single bed rooms upon checkin and we had to work for 2 hrs with hotel staff to get at least 2 rooms that matched what we booked. Hotel did not match the third room nor it refunded what we paid for it. This property is old and we had issues with AC in 2 rooms. One of the rooms given was not even cleaned properly. Apart from breakfast being good, disappointed with this property .

Wifi did not work well, however it was sorted later. Big clean room and bathroom.

We've just returned from the most wonderful 3 night stay at Temple Tree Shirdi. Lovely, clean big rooms, delicious and tasty breakfast and eveing buffet, welcoming staff - big shout out to Akshay, Aditi, Sunami, Aditya and Manager Arbina for making us feel at home. We were sad to leave! The hotel offers a complimentary transfer service to Shirdi. The only hotel we'd return to in Shirdi. Highly recommended.

Room was clean. The employees were courteous. My favorite was Aditi the restaurant manager.

The hotel was family friendly and mostly clean though the bathroom could be helped with some upkeep. The food was very good and the service by our hostess Aditi was excellent

The infrastructure is no where close to what Raddison offers. Looks like renovation is on going and may look good in the coming months. But the best part was the staff were welcoming and not to forget their breakfast place which had good options and the restaurant was clean.

The room arrangement was good. My only suggestion is to include a dressing mirror outside, as it was missing in the room. The staff were very cooperative and supportive, especially those who assisted during the night dinner service Ms Aditi and the front desk team who helped with the darshan booking.

Good selection of food , rooms are clean. Restaurant has flies which we don’t like.

All Staff is very cordial, Ms.Athidi is exceptional.

Nice overall

Not so clean and comfortable. Also, they refused to pack a meal for the baby during breakfast as my baby had not eaten anything in the morning hours. I mean, this is so disgraceful on the part of the staff. Also the pool had high amount of chlorine and not clean.
