Hi, the room was lovely with a view of the track. The communal areas were cold and we needed to wear a coat in the bar. The staff friendly and welcoming except for one lady on the breakfast team who was rude and unhelpful.

Room was spotless, was pleasantly surprised that we managed to get checked in early after a 4.5 hour journey, check in staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful! Have already discussed our next trip

One of our favourite stays ever. Where to start.... Amazing view of the Silverstone start line from our room, so so clean and peaceful. Lots of parking, easy to find, Toby carvery within a decent range and breakfast was one of the best, so much to choose from, even offered a breakfast bar for our travels upon leaving. We will be back very soon thank you

Clean, nice breakfast. WIFI not so good keeps cutting out every 10 to 15 minutes

The rooms are absolutely fantastic without question. The staff are courteous and helpful. Sadly the evening meals we had were very poor and not up to the standard i expect from a Hilton Hotel. Also the bar area was too cold, to the point it was unpleasant to sit there and stay for a drink. I raised this with the manager but he blamed the big windows, i'd suggest an upgrade of the heating system.

Room was clean, staff courteous. Great views of the track. Restaurant service very slow and got order incorrect in evening meal.

Staff were lovely and the room was fabulous but unfortunately it was very cold in the room and took a long time to warm up.

Staff very courteous and helpful, bed comfortable but not the pillows. Decor was lovely and a super track facing room .However you can’t beat a premier inn for right room layout .The sink in the main room and separate toilet and separate shower did not work for us at all as a mother and son .No where to hook towel ,had to come out the shower walk in main room to grab your towel or take in the actual shower with you .I didn’t see on the menu in the restaurant there is a service charge .Breakfast was carnage but nice selection, long queue for cooked,run out of some of the juices and had to find someone to refill, run out of coffee and mugs and had to find staff member again .Overall it had ups and downs but would stay again because of location .
