I didn't sleep at all.

No microwave in my room and no ice bucket for room charges $15.00 for parking and someone has to park your every time only one wash cloth hand towel bath towel for each of us and the guy who park the cars Sunday morning was very rude and disrespectful and older guy the younger guys were good will not be going back and visiting again in august this year

Basic -no frills. The "hot" breakfast was not good.

Stayed one night due to a layover- the staff was great -but the surrounding area was pretty run down and we chose to Uber than to walk to any destination from the hotel. It was clean enough but due to the location I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was very clean and accommodating and I will stay there again

Comfortable. Clean. Little bit of a walk to shopping and dining . Really close to the airport. Courtesy shuttle was convent

Staff was terrible especially the shuttle driver on night shift

Quick, clean, great location from airport , transportation.

The hotel had games for the kids on lobby. Pool table and board games. We were able to keep kids occupied while mom worked in room. Not alot of the hotels had free shuttle that left at 3:50 am . This one did! Very lucky to get room.

Was able to book this hotel last minute and I was not disappointed! The staff was so lovely I wish I remembered his name because he made my WHOLE trip better!!!

Really enjoyed my time very peaceful, clean and relaxing hotel. Really cool seeing my name on the television to greet me as I entered my hotel room.

Our room had bed bugs. Spoke to the front desk about it, and shared photos. They said they would reach out to me about it and never did. Apparently they don’t care about their customers. We itched for days and had to isolate our clothes. It ruined part of our vacation. I do not recommend staying here.

Amenities are insufficient, no coffee or tea in the room. Room temperature inside is very hot when we came in. It should be comfortable feeling once you are inside specially after traveling. Room too tight and staff at check in desk are not very friendly. Nothing provided to put ice and lobby is not welcoming it is like I am on grocery store.

Really close to airport, pancakes were really good, and I like now clean the staff kept the breakfast area.

Great location Shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient for our short stay Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay that accommodated me & my 2 kids perfectly! Continental breakfast had plenty of options.

The water pressure was very low and more on the cold side and I think I was having issue with the bed itching problem never seen anything bugs, but overall good stay I never had issue with Tru By Hilton so I really enjoyed myself those things can be fix😃

Clean and the employees are friendly

We loved that there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, plenty of hooks to hang towels and things on. The shower water pressure was great. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. David the valet was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.
