Comfortable and nice

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated near many attractions, restaurants, and points of interest, which was the main reason I chose to stay here. That said, there are several areas that could be improved. Communication with the host was difficult throughout our stay. Guests are provided with a card containing phone numbers for assistance, but in our experience, calls often went unanswered, and one of the numbers did not work at all. After speaking with other guests, it became clear that this was not an isolated issue. One evening, we were locked out of the hotel and had a very difficult time reaching anyone for help. Fortunately, another guest was able to get someone’s attention inside the building; otherwise, we may have been stranded outside for quite some time. The rooms could also benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Basic supplies such as tissues and adequate toilet paper were not consistently stocked, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location is excellent and remains this property’s strongest feature. However, improvements in communication, maintenance, and guest support would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Me gusta mucho Parklife Masaryk... peeero... esta vez me fue mal. Me asignaron la habitación #103. El Aire acondicionado no funcionó, el encargado intento configurarlo pero no fue posible, entraba en modo auto y dejaba de enfriar. Me prestaron un ventilador para pasar la noche. El canal 7 de la TV no tiene audio, no se si es tema de la señal o del televisor. Una de las 2 toallas estaba manchada. E la primera vez que tengo queja de este sitio, es muy bueno en general.

Excelente ubicación en Polanco, llegas rápido a cualquier lugar, mi agradable el depa, limpio y con amenidades… es mi favorito! Hasta me regalaron una botella de vino!

Excellent hotel centrally located in Polanco

Excelente Lugar! Super bien ubicado.

Very central location in the heart of Polanco. Clean property, clean room, friendly staff. AC worked great, room was spacious, bathroom was large. Just a few things to note: shower water temperature kept fluctuating between very hot and ice cold. Couldn't get it to stay one temperature for longer than 3 or so minutes. Balcony door didn't lock or fully close, lock was broken. Also, we had a bottle of wine included in our stay because of my member status and we had to ask for it twice. It wasn't in the room at check in so we asked for it when we left the property, but because we put do not disturb on the door house cleaning didn't leave it (understandable), but they didn't leave it the next day either so we had to ask again and ended up taking it to our next hotel on our trip. Overall it was a great stay, just little inconveniences to note. Would most likely stay again though.

Property is a small boutique hotel. Located in the heart of Polanco on Masaryk. Short walking distance from many fine dining and shopping establishments. Polanco is one of the most posh areas of Mexico City. If I could compare Polanco to any other location, I would say it's like Prospect Ave. in La Joya or Rodeo Drv. Rooms are modern and well furnished, two big screens per room with a large bathroom small kitchenette with a Microwave and small refrigerator. Very good AC and friendly staff. Nice gym for the size of the property. The best attribute for this property is its location. One minor detail to note. The hot water is inverted so you have to twist it to the cold water mark to get hot water. Other than that minor issue, everything else was excellent.

No es la primera vez que me hospedaba allí y siempre había sido agradable, sin embargo; esta vez me hicieron un “upgrade “ de habitación, la cual estaba justo en el área de desayuno y en la mañana te despertabas con el olor a comida y el ruido de la gente desayunando. El recipiente de jabón en el baño estaba vacío y el agua no calentaba. Al día siguiente, me cambiaron de habitación y todo mejoró. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Espero que no decaigan porque es una muy buena opción en Polanco.

location is superb!! The receptionist was nice and solved my issues in a prompt manner. The room was different from the Expedia photo. They said the website needed to be updated. Most rooms are very dark.. The only ones that have natural light are the front ones, of which there are very few.. As some one else mentioned, the carpet is in desperate need of replacement. Towels was never changed (stayed 5 nights) and I was only provided with 1 towel. There were small dark brown caterpillars crawling in the bed. I was on the 3rd fl and they said the 4th floor have machinery and maybe that's how they got there. They did move me to another room when they saw the caterpillars in the sheets.

Falta jabón en lavamanos y jabón y fibra para lavar trastes. No tienen bowls para tomar una sopa o cereal, solo unos platos bajos. Las toallas no me las cambiaron en 4 días, solo las volvían a colgar, a pesar de que las dejaba en el piso.

El lugar está en una excelente ubicación, todo estuvo muy limpio y el staff siempre muy amables, es la segunda vez que me hospedo y sin duda regresaría 😊

Es una zona preciosa, centrica y muy segura. El staff fue muy servicial y el cuarto estaba divino. Gracias!

Really spacious living room with 2 additional rooms. There is a central toilet. Living room has a sofa bed that can be used for another person as well. Has essential items such as frying pan, pot, plates and cutleries. Place is also very clean and looks identical to the images displayed. Location of the place is also central. About 1-3km away from most food places. Also has a small gym with 1 treadmill + free weights and assisted machine as well. Highly recommend
