Pratique et très bien tenu

J’ai séjourné dans de très nombreux hôtels au cours de ma vie, mais je dois reconnaître que celui-ci fait partie des plus marquants. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une bienveillance absolument remarquables. L’hôtel est calme, apaisant et particulièrement agréable. En tant que personne aveugle, je tiens à souligner qu’ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour que mon séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Ils ont fait preuve d’une attention, d’une disponibilité et d’une humanité qui m’ont profondément touché. Grâce à eux, je me suis senti accueilli, écouté et accompagné avec une rare qualité de service. À mes yeux, cet Ibis n’a absolument rien à envier à certains des hôtels les plus prestigieux de France. C’est une véritable référence en matière d’accueil. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour tout ce qu’elle a fait pour moi. Je leur en serai sincèrement reconnaissant et c’est avec un immense plaisir que je reviendrai dans cet établissement à chacun de mes déplacements sur Paris.

Parking is very convenient. The location of the hotel is practical. Rooms are big compared to other hotels in the centre of Paris. Breakfast was excellent and wide variety of continental breakfast!

Globalement bien mais les deux dames à la réception le lundi matin tout simplement manque de correction , de politesse et de professionnalisme…

Jolie déco et lits confortables

Et rigtig fint budgetvenlig hotel tæt på metro. Personalet er rigtig venlig og smilende. Morgenmaden er meget basic og man måtte ofte vente på at de fik fyldt op af de få ting der var.

The hotel itself was adequate, and the front desk staff was initially helpful, but our stay ended with an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. My son and I were in Paris for only two days and one night. We checked into our room in the morning, left our belongings there, and went sightseeing for the day. When we returned around 12:15 AM and entered our room with our key card, there was a woman sleeping in one of our beds. She woke up startled and began yelling in French, and we immediately left the room. At the front desk, we were told she had been given our room because it was a “family room.” During the day, staff had packed up all of our personal belongings and moved them to another room without notifying us or getting our permission. The explanation was that they had looked for us in the lobby during the day. We were tourists in Paris for one night. Of course we were not waiting around in the lobby. A phone call or email would have avoided this entire situation. Instead, we walked into an occupied room at midnight and had no chance to personally check our original room before leaving early the next morning. In 40 years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this. The explanation was poor, the apology was minimal, and the situation was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est agréable et les chambres sont confortables. En revanche, l'accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner est très basique, avec très peu de choix, et aucune option adaptée aux personnes allergiques au gluten, ce qui est décevant. Au vu de la qualité proposée, le petit-déjeuner ne justifie pas son prix. Enfin, le parking est beaucoup trop cher (20 € par jour). J'y ai séjourné 4 nuits et, malgré les points positifs, plusieurs aspects mériteraient d'être améliorés.

Établissement récent, très bien entretenu Chambre claire avec un petit bureau fort pratique et, essentiel, une excellente Clim réglable selon ses goûts.salle d’eau et wc séparés ce qui est un + Personnel sans doute pas assez nombreux mais qui reste toujours aimable et attentif Très pratique : à 200m du métro ligne 5 Petit dejeuner varié et très satisfaisant Bref 10/10

Petit déjeuner, copieux chambre, très propre, rien signaler à ce sujet,cependant, le parking n’est pas gratuit à la clientèle

Rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre, dommage qu’il y ait pas de parking disponible à la clientèle petit déjeuner copieux, serveuse, serviable et respectueuse

Excellent location! Convenient carpark, excellent breakfast and large room! Going back to stay on 19/7/2026 with my in-laws as it is my mother in-law 80th birthday this year.

Das Hotel ist noch nicht so alt, deswegen ist es in einem guten Zustand . Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mit der Metro ist man in 30 min in Paris. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es wenig Möglichkeiten etwas zu Unternehmen. Ein Outletcenter das direkt am Hotel ist ist komplett verwaist. Von ca. 30 Geschäften existieren nur noch zwei. Weiter gibt es noch drei Restaurants.

Parfait

The room was very clean and spacious and the rooms are quiet. Was able to sleep despite the fireworks after the PSG game. Tje bathroom and the toilet is nice, clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful.
