Lovely place with the best staff. Close to public transport options, but not close too any tourist areas

Uniquely decorated hotel, with suits of armour and a giant teddy in reception. Good location close to the main train station and tram. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice in a lovely room with stained glass windows. Helpful staff arranged forwarding on bags.

料金手頃で、フロントの階が可愛らしい内装で良かった。良く寝れました。

リノベされていてとても綺麗でした。ヨーロッパへ旅行したことを思い出すくらいでした。

ホスピタリティがあってとても気に入ってます。あと、朝食が美味しいです。

Hotel excelente. Quarto espaçoso, camas muito boas, ótimo café da manhã, proximidade da estação.

It’s is an amazing location as everything is just a walk away. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so kind a welcoming. Would recommend this hotel to everyone for short or long stays.

We were unable to travel to Hiroshima because of typhoon no. 10. Hotel would not give refund even with trains cancelled.

Fabulous Hotel, would book again in a heartbeat. Had everything we needed and more staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Great themed hotel, like stepping back in time somewhere in Europe. Rooms ok, staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely, old style hotel. Pleasant staff. Nice surroundings. Comfortable room, good breakfast, everything we needed for a relaxed stay.

ヨーロッパにあるホテルのような部屋の内装、レストランのしつらえで心地よかった 設備はリニューアルしてあるが古い感じはしたが、不具合があるわけではない

Conveniently close to train station, however walls were very thin, could hear neighbours on either side of the room

とても可愛いホテルで、とても清潔でした。 トイレ、お風呂が別でお風呂にゆっくり浸かれるし、朝食も美味しくて、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

The bed in our room wasn’t flat. I spent 2 nights trying not to roll onto my partner. This meant two nights of terrible sleep. Can’t speak for all rooms but the bed seriously needed replacing. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Close to the train station.
