Great location in the 'new city' which seems like it only means it's not in the ancient part of the city walls. Great A/C if you're into that kind of thing, very helpful staff fluent in English, Spanish, French

Personal correcto. Excelente ubicación. El estado de sábanas, toallas y cortinas deja bastante que desear, todo está muy viejo y usado. La limpieza es justa o escasa.

Le "Star" Hôtel pas vraiment pour des Stars... l'ascenseur à bcp de Km au compteur, il fait un bruit on ne sait pas s'il va se coincer.. et alors niveau insonorisation dans la chambre c'est le pompon (on entend les gens dans la chambre à coté rigoler + les bruits dehors) Bof bof dans l'ensemble! Point positif avec le PDJ

Nous avons passé un séjour super sympa à Marrakech ! Tout était au top le personnel était vraiment accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Le service proposé était irréprochable, que ce soit au niveau de l’hébergement, de la restauration on s’est senti comme chez nous du début à la fin. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant served varieties of buffet food at reasonable price. Very clean and nice environment. However there were flies everywhere, maybe due to the hot weather. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with cool air conditioning. It needs to walk about 20 minutes to the Square and open market (Souk). Its a bit hard walking under the strong sun.

Tive problemas com o ralo do banho entupido, solicitei conserto e fui atendido de imediato, entretanto não resolveram o problema, no restante foi tudo perfeito

Dans l’ensemble assez déçues, l’accueil laisse clairement à désirer, hôtesse d’accueil à la limite du désagréable, la piscine sur le toit est vraiment petite et très peu de transat pour s’allonger et un seul parasol à disposition (cassé).

Very welcoming. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Nice and quiet property and quite safe.

A l'accueil du personnel très souriant et agréable pour le service netoyage des chambres souvent oublier les serviettes de bain et le netoyage était pas très top met des qu'on appeler l'accueil les serviettes était là dans les 5 minutes sa c'était bien le reste rien à signaler

Hotel was reasonably clean, everything was fine, just not anything special. It felt quite expensive for what I got, especially when there are so many cheaper options available. The service was very slow. Breakfast was mediocre.

Pictures doesn't represent the hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, poor service, alot of noises at night. Poor furniture. They should do some renovations. The breakfast was just okay.
