Very terrible experience. I was told the reservation i made via Hotels.com is not available anymore. I need to find another hotel room by that time.

my ever worst experience on hotel booking online. When i was there, the premises has been renamed as Grand Smile Wellness, and they do not accept any reservation in the name of OYO 109 Prime Ozone even the reservation has been successful. I have no choice but calling OYO group for help, and they end up arranged me to another lower graded room in another hotel under OYO Group. Time has been wasted : 2 hours
