The self-check in machines did not work. Took a while to find staff to check me in. Mirror in bathroom was heavily flickering and could not be adjusted. Both sink valves had hot water, shower also only had hot water even with just a slight turn of the valve. TV kept turning on by itself several times. Had to disconnect plug in the middle of first night. AC unit is inches from bed and loud.

We loved our stay and likely to stay again. Staff we encountered were nice and accommodating. Even the security guard was nice lol he told us of a short cut to the State Farm arena for our concert, which was awesome! I like that you have to use the room key to start the elevator. Having the Alexa to play music is a nice touch as well.

Brian the GM was Great! He was very accommodating and attentive to all that was happening in all areas of the lobby before and after the Falcons v Bucs game.

Stayed here for football game. Perfect location. Staff is friendly and helpful. We'll return.

We loved the ambience and front desk friendliness. Great location. Room for improvement: valet seemed unorganized and didn’t have a cart for our things. We had to try to push the cart ourselves. And no body wash! We got small bottles delivered the next day and was late to InvestFest!

The workers were not helpful at all, room was little dirty, parking is $40 a day which is ridiculous and a $200 holding fee. They need to do better. Ice machine was broke. Fridge was broke. No microwave

I’ve stayed a few times, and with every trip the experience gets worse. First I was checked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned since the previous guests. As in beds unmade, their trash & dirty towels still in the room. Then they move me to another room which smelled like urine, had long hair in the shower and makeup all over the vanity mirror! The LED light in the bathroom mirror is never fully working, it flickers like a fluorescent lightbulb. I left the door hanger for my room to be cleaned and it was not done for 2 days. The location is convenient, but I’m unsure I’ll be back.

I enjoyed my stay at the Reverb. It is so convenient to the stadium. Felt safe. The bar was a nice touch for post concert drinks. They even had a DJ set up in the lobby

Cool lobby, though not very busy. Good location for game at MB stadium (easily walkable).

The property was clean . Staff was friendly.

Hotel was good carpet had some stains. Bathroom fan did not work nor did the fridge Parking not so good. Was told in text and by phone by the hotel that parking was $30 get there and it $40 and the attendant told me I was stupidity for telling him that which was not a good business decision. Come out next morning I magically had a flat tire. The attendants would not offer any help but the hotel staf did come out and help

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was amazing and always helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Reverb for a game at the Mercedez Benz stadium. The convenience factor to literally cross the street for entry was amazing. The bed was the firmest we have experienced at a hotel and was very comfortable. Room was clean. The Alexa in the room played music, but other than that, she didn't understand commands. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If attending an even at the stadium, we would definitely stay here again.

Definitely short-staffed. This was obvious starting with check in and also noticed for breakfast the next morning.

1) Paid for early arrival : room wasn’t available and never received a text when it was! 2) paid for view: the view I received was the a/c units 3) the check-in kiosks were broken so the check-in line was literally out the door. 4) our room had a dirty used bandaid in the shower, the towels had body fluid stains on 2 and hair on another. *I have never complained or completed a review but this was embarrassing and unacceptable!
