Hot tub was out of order due to maintenance.

The room was clean and well decorated. It was nice to be able to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. My only complaint is that the room is not very soundproof. I felt like I could almost constantly hear people walking around. It kept me up when I wanted to go to sleep and then began again very early in the morning. I would recommend that the property supply ear plugs for sleep. Other than that it was great.

Herd to understand door codes, email never came thru , had to call 3 times, was confused. But the place is great

Very disappointed that they closed the hot tub 25 hours before our stay, we ONLY stay at places with a hot tub and had no time to find a replacement. If Basecamp didn't have such an impersonal check in procedure then I would have spoken with someone about the hot tub and possibly found out in time about the hot tub in order to cancel. Also we were very disappointed to find that the room has no drawers or any closets for clothing, only 3 hangers and 6 coat hooks, that should be disclosed in the room description, we were forced to have to live out of our suitcases. I can't imagine more than 2 people and their belongings in there like a family of 3-4 on a ski vacation! I would only use this as a last resort for a one night stay for 1-2 people because the location was great, and there's a hot tub sometimes.

Everything was very clean and good, the location was perfect. Just make sure about parking not all rooms have parking

The bed was next to the kitchen, the lovely digital clocks from the stove and microwave shined their eternal light over me as I was trying to sleep. Extremely loud ventilation system that would turn on and off, in intervals, during the whole stay. Very thin walls, might have had elephants as neighbours. Possibly hippos. At least it was very fresh and clean.

Perfect spot for two right down town

We stayed here for 2 nights on our Calgary road trip for all the lakes! It was amazing apartment! Clean, excellent design, spacious, everything we needed! Too bad the weather was cold and rain but would’ve loved to use the beautiful patio! Would highly recommend it!

Lovely place in the heart of downtown. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Quiet, convenient, and spacious. Has a kitchen and everything you could need. We will be returning.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Lovely apartment, more spacious than expected and worked really well for our needs. Easy check in process. Just make sure you have the right location because there are 3 basecamps in Canmore that have very similar names. Only downside is there was no bedding for the pull out couch and we didn’t realize this until extremely late, and it would have been annoying to call for some when there is no lobby/reception on site. There was also no ice machine that I could find, but was able to buy some close by. Otherwise I will really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Awesome Suite with full kitchen & washer/dryer. In the heart of Canmore and easy to walk anywhere. Free parking on site was great.

Full kitchen, in walking distance to everything. Had to pay for street parking.

It was a good stay. Clean rooms. The bed room is relatively small. Fully functional kitchen. Note there are no lifts incase someone needs them. Excellent location.

Beware! There's no elevator and no one said that would be the case. The living room is very cramped, barely fits the sofa bed.
