Lovely, clean hotel, very spacious room with view of the sea. The staff were variable - guy at the bar is a legend and Israel was great helping me book trips. Loads of options and delicious food for breakfast, lunch and at the pool bar, but I’d imagine the dinner menu could get boring if you’re there on AI for more than a few days. All great quality and nice it’s all à la carte - no buffets in sight!! Overall, great value and enjoyable stay!

The place was clean and nice. They had 2 pools and both were maintained properly with great views. Staff was friendly and greeting. Everything felt like home. I would definitely recommend this property to others for vacations.

The Fives was incredible - if you are looking for a private more quiet stay right on the beach this is the place - all the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable… the rooms are exquisite and the food was top class - they could’ve had one more restaurant to choose from but the roof top restaurant is quite lovely - we had a great stay and we would go back - there was seaweed on the beach but each day it would be cleaned up and made to look pristine … We had a lively family vacation and walked into the village a few times which is a quick and safe walk

The staff is amazing , Val and Majoo are the best , don't lose them they made the trip top notch , went above and beyond excellent serv, got me a hair appointment that was amazing!!! The new GM was a great addition as well! I've stayed there Many times and have seen a lot of changes . He was very present and expressed genuine concern. This was a solo trip , I feel safe and well taken care of at the fives oceanfront

The beach and the infinity pools were within walking distance from our room. The service staff was great. We went during the off season so food options were a bit limited. The food was mostly great and some were inconsistent. The best dessert was the tiramisu!

Localisation parfaite. Accueil parfait, personnel aimable et serviable. Chambre propre et bien équipée (coffre-fort, frigo, TV, sèche-cheveux, produits d'hygiène...). Cadeau de bienvenue (Prosecco + fraises). Soufflerie de la climatisation un peu bruyante et difficile à régler. Baies vitrées pas complètement hermétiques (crée de la buée à l'intérieur de la chambre). Deux piscines, celle sur le Rooftop a une vue incroyable. Plage nettoyée des sargasses. Petit dej correct.

Very nice resort with a nice view, small/ limited things to offer so I would say this is more for families or couples who only want to relax, not enough good food options included in the all inclusive.

I property has went down hill over the years. Staff are rude. Restaurants on site are not always open. all inclusive is limited. Bars closed at 10pm. Room service was rude, slow and hardly answered the phone

The room was good. The restaurants and bars closed at 9pm, no food no drinks after 9pm. The beach was useless because of seaweed, very bad smell of seaweed even in the room. We booked for 2 weeks but after second day we cancelled our stay, hotel didn’t want to refund us at all. Be very careful when you book on the Expedia, verify carefully the information, don’t relay on what Expedia publish, in case of any pb, they wont take any responsibility and help you.

Me gusto todo el hotel en general, las instalaciones muy bien, no me gusto nada q el rooftop q es por la razon principal por la q fui estaba cerrado pero me mandaron una tabla de quesos q estaba muy buena y una tarjeta como de disculpa por q estaba cerrada sin avisar q la verdad fue buen detalle , todos en general muy amables en recepcion, en el valet parking y bell boys , el mesero de la comida amable , tambien el de bebidas, la alberca de abajo esta muy bien y la pasamos muy bien aun sin el rooftop, el unico comentario negativo seria la actitud d los meseros de la barra de bebidas de la alberca, varias veces me acerque por hielos y la actitud era como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor, yo soy de cancun y salgo a algun lado cada semana y pienso repetir, solo asegurandome q el rooftop este abierto

We really enjoyed our stay at The Fives. Food was okay, beach and pools were perfect, staff was friendly. It did seem like they didn’t have a great system for all inclusive guests. I didn’t like that you had to say your room number to everyone when ordering. Also a downside that they didn’t have any buffets for a quick bite. You always had to sit down and be waited on, just seemed like a waste of time.
