All in all ok. A little «you must ask another department» when asking simple questions Sopot is a nice place.

Meget pent og nytt hotell, med flotte rom. Vi bodde der 10 dager i juli, og kommer gjerne igjen for 3. gang. Ansatte er venllige og hjelpsomme. Nydelig mat og gode fasiliteter. Bra basseng i kjeller for store og små, med god plass for å slappe av også.

Fantastisk hotell med basseng, boblebad, sauna og spa. Veldig god frokost. Rent og pent. Ca 20 minutter å gå ned til Sopot sentrum. Kort vei til stranden.

Perfect hotel in Sopot with walking distance to Sopot pier and city centre. Nice hotel, fairly new, green park outside, nice pool and outside deck. Good food in restaurant/bar and good breakfast. Only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Only thing missing is an area at the beach for the hotel but chairs can be rented. Hotel family rooms are large with a small ladder and 2nd floor for two beds for kids. Highly recommend this hotel.

Restaurant was good. Presidential Suite was great and reasonably priced for our big family. Close 5 min walk to the beach. Beautiful weather.

Pool is fantastic. I could do my laps in the pool without any problems. Only disadvantage is that I could only swim for one hour... A bit short for a swimmer like me especially if you also want to use the saunas

Fantastisk hotell med gode fasiliteter. Godt renhold og godt vedlikehold. Spa og sauna var helt nydelig. Ligger ca 1,8km fra «sentrum», men rett ved strand og veldig fin promenade langs stranden.

Mycket fint hotell och ligger i ett perfekt område nära till allt,grönska och hav runt knuten,fantastisk personal och frukost, fina rum.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, prefekt för barn. Lekrummet var en stor favorit.

Vi fick uppgradering pga. Födelsedagen som var mycket snällt. Personalen var snäll men hade inte gett alla korrekta information som gällde spa och barnaktiviteter som ledde till missförstånd.

Clean hotel, staff was friendly, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. easy, secure parking on-site was a huge bonus for our trip. We most likely select this hotel next time
