とても良かったです。朝食は和食と洋食とで頼めたら良かったのにと思いました。

早餐很好吃，房間乾淨整潔又有質感，早餐也很精緻好吃，大概除了房型沒有浴缸，其他都超美好！

This hotel is a gem!!! We had a 5 star experience at the Tower Hotel. It’s such a unique location and in a nice area. Our room was huge! The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - just truly wonderful in every way. The breakfast alone is a reason to stay here - one of the best breakfasts we’ve had! We were on a tight schedule a few mornings and we still had multiple delicious courses. Definitely book this hotel for your stay in Nagoya!

The location is excellent—close to a wide variety of eateries, with easy access to trains, and within comfortable walking distance to many tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel itself is truly unique and an iconic presence in Nagoya. One of the highlights of my stay was the daily breakfast, which was absolutely top-notch. The restaurant team consistently provided warm and welcoming service, and the portions were generous and beautifully presented. I had the opportunity to try both the Western and Japanese breakfast options, and I genuinely could not fault either. I especially appreciated the thoughtful emphasis on local brands and ingredients. The hotel team as a whole is exceptional. Their genuine hospitality and deep knowledge are, in my opinion, what make this property deserving of its place within the SLH collection. Nothing was “too hard” for them, and the team always tried to communicate with me to the best they can. Kano from the concierge team was just so lovely and shared with me some of her recommended local spots for dining~ and you can tell how passionate she is of the hotel. The artworks displayed throughout the hotel added a special charm to the overall experience, and the exclusive access to the observation deck was truly memorable. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am so glad I chose this hotel for my very first visit to Nagoya.

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. The location is very convenient as it is right above a subway stop as well!

今回の滞在は全てが満足でした。 アートに興味がある方にはとても楽しめると思います。 客室は清潔で隅々まで手入れが行き届いており、心地よかったです。 スタッフの皆様の対応も素晴らしく、常に笑顔で丁寧、親切に対応してくれました。 館内設備も充実しており、ロビーや共用スペースは落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと過ごせる空間が整っております。 朝食は種類がたくさんあり地元食材を使ったメニューがとても美味しかったです。 また栄の街並みを眺めながら滞在できたのが印象に残ってます。 予定があり、朝は少し忙しかったですが、今度はチェックアウト近くまでゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。

Increíble hotel boutique, lleno de arte y atención en los detalles

Incredible Japanese breakfast, staff was amazing from the very first minute to the last. Super clean and fantastic location. One of the best hotels I’ve been in the last years by far.

Wir hatten das Zimmer L12 mit tollem Ausblick auf den Park und Oasis 21. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und bietet tollen Komfort, Badewanne und Regendusche, hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, kuschelige Pantoffeln und Bademäntel. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir hatten das westliche Frühstück und es war sehr umfangreich, ein Menü mit viel Auswahl und toller Service. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Amazing hotel in a great location! Wonderful room, well decorated with brilliant staff and incredible breakfast. Going up to observation deck privately at the end of the day was really cool too!

Excellent room, very spacious and great views from the tower. Very modern hotel. Only thing was it didn't have a bar so you had to leave the hotel to go for a drink. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with parking though - we paid the fee at the hotel and then were charged again by the car park provider as none of the tickets the hotel provided to us worked (so cost over £70 for parking in the end). We were also stuck at the parking exit gate with a queue of cars behind so had no choice but to pay again. Also car park is a walk away and there isnt an easy place to stop near the hotel to unload luggage.

A pleasant surprise in a city like Nagoya. The breakfast is incredible, and is worth staying alone!

Our stay at the Tower Hotel in Nagoya was absolutely divine. Add the breakfast, it was a highlight for our entire trip to Japan.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Hotel staff provided excellent service from the moment you stepped into the property. Breakfast service is equally outstanding. For a change, it is a unique experience staying in a tower.
