Chambre propre, personnel agréable, juste, la prise HDMI ne fonctionnait pas sur la TV.

The experience has honestly been awful. First of all, when I booked the room I explained that my mom has a disability called glioblastoma aka brain cancer. She does not need any specific room for disabled people but she does need for instance help to climb stairs. The first very annoying thing is that one of the two elevators wasn't working (see attached picture). Meaning my mum had to wait a long time for her elevator to arrive, especially during peak times such as breakfast. Second, on New Year's Eve, she had the bad surprise to see that some homeless people had settled inside the premises, both on the ground floor but also on the 2nd floor where her room was. This created a negative feeling of insecurity for her, and myself. Third, this hotel requires guests to inform the reception if they wish to have the room cleaned. On her third day, we went to inform the reception staff that we wanted the room to be cleaned, and also informed one of the cleaning ladies that we would appreciate a new supply of coffee, since the coffee had not been replaced and even more shocking, the cups had not been cleaned. Despite having informed both the reception and the cleaning staff that we wanted the room to be made, we arrived at 4pm after a long day to find out that the room had not been cleaned up. Ironically the coffee had been replaced (!) but the room wasn't cleaned up. This is nonsense. We had to ask again politely to the reception guy, who was particularly unfriendly.

The rooms need modernization. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed. With two people staying in the room only one hand towel was provided.

La stanza aspirava gli odori di fritto del McDonald's sottostante, l'acqua della doccia all'inizio era tiepida e poi si raffreddava, lo scarico del lavandino era otturato, per il resto check-in ok e materasso ottimo.

Chambre propre, mais un lit manquant lors de notre arrivée. Personnel à l'écoute.

Fantastic stay Friendly staff great rooms Buffet amazing

We had to change rooms due to the a/c not working properly. Our second room had no working refrigerator and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom. We reported the shower problem twice but no one came to repair it. Wouldn’t recommend this property! The surrounding area is nice.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous

Our first room was in a bad condition and dirty. After complaining we got a nice room meeting our expectations. The personal was professional and service oriented.

Expedia’s idea of the superior room was the hotels idea of the lowest/smallest room. Even being moved to the family room there was only one large towel for a family and the amenities were extremely scarce. Lots of construction inside and outside the hotel that we were not aware of and the dining area was squeezed down to a few tables because of it. Will not be staying at this hotel again!

Extremely convenient for Archway underground access and Whittington Hospital. Make sure to have the premier reservation code upon checkin. Staff was very polite and helpful
