Great first impression coming into the hotel - the lobby is bright, clean and welcoming. There were chocolate chip cookies available for guests and I received a complimentary room upgrade, which were both nice surprises. I enjoyed the hot tub, pool and slide, just wished there was a sauna - it looks like there could be room in the space for one, so here's hoping for the future! The room was newly renovated and clean. It was confusing how to turn on and off the lights by the bed (there wasn't a typical switch) - some instructions by the bedside would have been helpful. The one inconvenience I had was having to step out of the shower because two bottles of shampoo had been placed in the shower instead of 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. I had to wait for the front desk to bring me the conditioner and it would have been well received if they had been a bit more apologetic about the situation. Breakfast had a great selection and overall the food was good quality and yummy. I enjoyed my stay!

Booked this particular hotel based primarily on the water slide for grandkids and the price was fabulous I thought..check in was really easy...the room was very clean and any staff I came across was very friendly. We never made it to breakfast unfortunately but when I went down to get a coffee it did look very good. We took the grandkids to Canada's Wonderland next day but day of arrival they really liked the pool and waterslide. Your lifeguard you had on that day was extremely attentive constantly moving watching the 4 kids that were there -great job. The room itself was a tad small as well as the bathroom only because there was 4 of us but would I book this exact hotel again? Absolutely! If one other aspect to the hotel that stuck out to me was the fact that between 2200-0800? there were signs that said it's quiet time. I can't remember seeing that anywhere else before- beautiful! Very clean..friendly staff..great ammenities at a great price so what more do ya need?

A beautiful clean room with super helpful employees. My stay was restful and very productive.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the 404 Hwy and a short uber ride to the go station. Hotel was very nice, staff were amazing. They have coffee and water in the lobby which I feel is important. The pool and water slide were great. One thing I wish I knew is the water slide is only open for part of the day, for us it was open 4pm to 8pm and wasn’t open one of the nights we were there. We were able to get to utilize the water slide different night luckily. Also, the breakfast was really good, the man who manages it does a great job. It would be nice to have some fresh fruits added, such as pineapple, cantaloupe, tangerines etc. Fruit is limited to apples, banana and oranges. Their hot breakfast menu is break including sausage, bacon and waffles. The home fries each day were a bit undercooked. Overall a really good stay. I hope management sees this so they can make some easy improvements.

Beautiful motel and clean. The indoor pool and slide were great. My kids had a blast. We never ate breakfast here but it looked good. Staff were quick, friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and other restaurants.
