I’ve stayed here many times and it was great, they even know me. This time, however, I woke up with red itchy bites all over my hands and arm. They refused to believe it was bed bugs or fleas or anything. They said they had an exterminator come check and didn’t find anything, but I was in a different room across the way the whole time (they switched my room for me on my third and last night there) and never saw anyone in there checking. They refused to give me a refund at all or rectify the situation in the least. Just said sorry and sent me on my way. It’s a health hazard and I’ll be reporting it to the health department. BEWARE.

This hotel was surprisingly nicer than i expected. Chris set me up with the room and attractions in the area. He was very courteous. When we're in the houston area again, the wife and I would gladly stay here again

Customer service and cleanliness was great, but although our room was scheduled to be ready by 3 it wasn't ready until 4

My daughter and I highly enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and they changed towels dayly

The room that I was given did not have the bathtub that I had specifically requested through Expedia. The room only had a walk in shower and I specifically requested to the Expedia agent who said she had contacted the property manager to ensure that I would get a room with a bathtub, which did not happen with the room I was assigned. Additionally, there was no microwave the first night that I was in the room as the kitchenette had stated would be available. Only after speaking with the property manager the following morning did I get the microwave installed in the room.

Easy 1story place. No hassles

Staff would not do a good job in cleaning our rooms. Overall property is good. Has laundry service, late check in etc.

In between places at the moment and i chose this property. The office worker was very nice and made sure he explained everything in detail. This was the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. I recommend this hotel .
