Friendly staff and good service, super clean hotel.

Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings schon etwas heruntergekommenen. Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten, nichts besonderes. Die Lage ist super.

Approximately 4kms to the inner city attractions but the walk is easy. Streets are marked.very close to the amusement park.Breakfast included is very good.Staff are friendly and accomodating.Rooms are big and clean and has all the basic amenities

Location felt unsafe

The hotel is excellent for anybody who wants to enjoy Vienna and also work. I’m impressed with the crew at the kitchen during the breakfast in the morning. They do an incredible excellent job. The staff at the front desk are also very professional very helpful in every sense.

Staff were very helpful, lovely, clean room. Choices at breakfast were excellent. Only downside was that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, but due to the location of the hotel, there were lots of other places to eat around.

Dejligt hotel, der ligger rigtig goftbfor mange aktiviteter, dog lidt langt til centrum. Morgenmaden lidt kedelig. De dpurgte om vi ville have gjort rent under vores ophold, og vi frabad os det, men alligevel havde de været der på tredje dagen, så var det alligevel ikke så miljøvenligt

What a great place to stay. A very short metro ride in to the city. I’d recommend buying either a 24, 48 or 72 hour ticket. The hotel was fantastic. Spacious room, great water pressure in the shower and quiet. Did not hear anyone else on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was great with lots of filling options. A great place to stay if wanting to visit Vienna. Would definitely stay again

El hotel no está mal. Si está retirado de las atracciones turísticas pero está bien conectado por el transporte público. Lo que no me gustó es que es la primera vez que llego a Hamoton o Hilton que no hagan limpieza en las habitaciones. A pesar de pedirlo no la hicieron. Tuvimos qué pedir cambio de toallas porque la anteriores traían pelos. A pesar de expresar nuestro descontento por el tema de limpieza no hicieron no lo mínimo para mejorar la experiencia . En conclusión, en el tema de limpieza dejan mucho que desear.

Especially, breakfast was great! It's near from Messe Prater station less than 5 min by walk. Have a reference that there is no refrigerator and microwave in the room. However, you can keep stuffs in the front desk refrigerator.

We had a great stay. Away from the hustle of the city, quiet and safe but right on the Prater which the kids loved. Very close to the underground for convenient travel. Only a few stops into the city. Rooms were good, air con worked well in the heatwave, shower was great and the soundproofing blocked all noise from the funfair outside and other rooms. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice, did get busy though if you want to eat it later. Would definitely stay here again and in this area.

Top tier stay. Had a lovely time in this modern hotel. Perfect location for Wiener Prater and a metro station minutes away to access central Vienna. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Clean room. Would highly recommend!

El hotel no es centrico, pero esta en una zona muy padre, y a 5 min de estacion de tren lo que lo hace muy conveniente

Hotel was pleasant, clean. Breakfast was decent. The thermostat in the room completely turns off in the middle of the night, no Air Circulation, which could be dangerous, I kept waking up drenched in sweat. I would try to adjust it, but settings wouldn’t change. This should be rectified, to make sleep comfortable, SAFE and at the preferred temperature of the guests, not the hotel staff.
