It was clean, the room was very small but had fans which kept it pleasant for sleeping, the bed was comfortable, the shower was efficient, although also very small. There were two flights of stairs up to the entrance which was ok for us because we were traveling light. It was reasonable for the central location; good restaurants, short walk to the Prado and other museums, but not for large people or people with lots of luggage.

Los Arcos is a great location right in the Heart of Sol Plaza and Plaza Mayor... Gran Vía is only 7 minutes away. I recommend this place for cleanliness, great staff, and a walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Emplacement exceptionnel très près de la station SOL. Réceptionniste très agréable. Les chambres sont propres, avec équipement de base. La chambre était calme (sauf quand quelqu'un utilise de l'eau à proximité, les canalisations sont très bruyantes.) Juste en face de l'hôtel il y a un magasin pas super visible de la rue (il est à l'angle) mais extrêmement bien équipé (par contre, question nourriture, ils ne vendent que des snacks)

Muito bem localizada.. Pouco jogo de cintura da dona. Predio muito antigo, muito mal conservado. O hostal limpo e razoávelmente reformado. Meu quarto ñ tinha janela.

Very nice welcome from staff. Only issues was no kettle (but there was a coffee machine in reception) and the walls were very thin.

Céntrico, cumple con lo mínimo, creo que la señora que ahí está hace de todo, limpia, recepción..... todo...... por eso tal vez no contesta las llamadas porque necesita limpiar todas las habitaciones..... llegué después de la media noche y me ha recibido bien

Fui só para dormir e não consegui. Barulho de briga, chuveiro ligado e luz acesa até às 4h da manhã. Um lixo de lugar. Cheiro forte de cigarro. A cortina não veda a luz e fica entreaberta. Nao tinha sabonete na pia..o espaço do vaso sanitário é minúsculo. Uma vergonha o hotéis.com colocar este lugar. Paguei 750 reais para pernoitar. Não recomendo.

Spotless room, extremely efficient lady at the front desk, all at your fingertips, come in and go whenever you want, no noise, very well heated, fantastic location for transport and anything you may need, very safe, restaurants and shopping within meters
