Overall was a great experience

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, and check-in took less than five minutes. The room was clean, though we did find some old food left in the fridge. We used the heated pool, which was well-maintained, and my kids had a blast. The only downside was the lack of stocked pool towels. Check-out was quick and easy, and the location—just a short drive from Lake Travis—was a great bonus. Overall, I give this place a solid 4.5 out of 5.

Nice property. Hot water was coming on and off. Sometimes it stayed cold. Also the water was trickling in both the shower and sink without any force. Drinking water not available for free and had to pay each day for a bottle.

Loved the property but the front desk agent charged our card for the full amount of the reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia. I work for Expedia and throughout my many stays, I have never been charged by the hotel for a reservation that was already prepaid. We called the hotel and they said we would get a refund once they received the money from Expedia which could be within 10 business days. I've booked many trips within my 10 years of working for Expedia and this is the first time a hotel charged us for a reservation that was already paid for before check-in.

very nice, i wish they had a hot tub, pool is very small. wish i got to move rooms with a better view of the city!

We had a family wedding in Dripping Springs The hotel was perfect distance. Everyone was very accommodating. Perfect weekend.

Very convenient to the BS&W Lakeway hospital. And usually not the case in most hotels, the elevators were very responsive and fast.

Great stay! But do need to add cushions for the couch. Very uncomfortable due to depth of back.

Very Clean and modern

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was so kind and genuine, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!
