Es war alles perfekt

Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room.

From the first welcome there was an excellence about the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, when we went to breakfast we came back to a room made up with fresh towels every day. Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. The view from room 427 was amazing. The beach is stunning sandy and safe. In the middle of October we spent our days swimming in the sea. We didn’t use the pools due to the wonderful beach and loungers. The hotel gym was excellent for a solid workout, rowing,step and running machines together with a balanced and safe selection of loose and fixed weights. There are excellent restaurants in the area, roots and Sirrocos being particular favourites. A bus takes you into the old town of chania for 2 euros and it is a 20 euro taxi journey back. We had a taxi each way from the airport 42 euros each away about a 30 minute journey. Couldn’t fault our week there and look forward to our return next autumn.

Das Hotel erfüllte unsere Erwartungen und gewährte uns diskussionslos einen Umzug innerhalb der Hotelanlage und einen Zimmerupgrade, weil das ursprüngliche Zimmer zu unmittelbar bei der Bar mit abendlichen Konzertaktivitäten lag.

Nice clean room, beautiful pool and grounds, friendly staff, great breakfast. A few restaurants near the hotel but best to drive 15 minutes to a Chania for the best options.

The staff were very friendly and always eager to help. The food and drink was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern aesthetic.

This was an amazing hotel. Pinolopi at the coffee shop was so friendly! The only complaint I have is music playing from 9am. It’s very early and I like to have a lie in on holiday. Would defo visit again!

Clean room, staff phenomenal, beach view gorgeous! Didn’t like that you couldn’t get reservations in restaurants.

Atlantica Kalliston is a great property with a beautiful beach, and lovely friendly staff. I got the all-inclusive package and I really enjoyed the dining options. The sunbeds were very comfortable and the pools were very refreshing. I am so happy to have stayed at this property.

Overall excellent stay and beautiful property with numerous amenities. Check in was easy but had mixed experience with check in and check out. Initially first woman who checked me in was lovely but second woman who showed me to my room and later in my stay checked me out was oddly cold and almost infriendly. This woman didn’t ask about my stay at check out—just blankly checked me out. Not a big deal but this varied from the exceptional service and warmth of other hotel employees. Porters and bag attendants were exceptional. Rooms and breakfast are great. Greek restaurant on-site was mediocre for dinner but had decent lunch options. One other odd note was lack of activity on Sunday evening when the beach bar was closed, which is one of the few social/entertainment options at the resort besides on-site restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff polite & helpful. Only problem was could hear the next room occupants dragging their balcony chair early morning, well think that was it as the noise sounded like it. But overall an exquisite hotel & would stay there if I was going back to Chania.

The hotel actually fronts on the beach and could go to sleep listening to the waves. Facilities were excellent. Good gym, nice pools,clean beach no shortage of sunbeds. Breakfast was amazing. Looking out over the sea and no end of choice on food options.

Elendig service!! Og dårlig mat på deres restauranter. Swim up room var flott. Må spise i old town Chania.. dette var ikke 5 stjerners hotell.
