部屋は新しいのでまあまあ、 しかし２４千円で、ロビーで 人と話す場所もない時間帯があり、 なんだこれは？ フロントの人選と教育を やり直すべし。

Convenient location for shopping and dining but little bit far from station.

ベッドが硬すぎて腰が痛くなった。

タオルが硬い。それ以外は凄く良い

駅からある程度近く、繁華街の中なので何かと便利です！

It was a pleasant stay at Royal Park Canvas Kobe. Staffs were friendly. They provided a cup of ice cream during 8-10PM every night and everyone can use the lounge freely.

Really amazing seamless self-help check-in and check-out. Very helpful and cheerful staff at the counter. convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby...and free ice-cream too!

朝食のクオリティ以外は文句なし

The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. The staff was not very welcoming. Rare greetings when passing by, and simply pointing towards the machines instead of helping guests. The ammenities were subpar compared to any other hotel we stayed in Japan.

Very good hotel. My family's only issue was the room's temperature. It was way too hot. And the AC was off. Almost impossable to sleep.

Provides free two scoop of ice cream every night in the lounge. Walking distance to train station, food and shopping. Can walk to Kobe Port.

Great hotel in a really good location, good for local dining and public transport. I really liked the free coffee and evening dessert in the canvas lounge! Definitely recommended and I would stay here again

出張者が変わって部下を宿泊させたかったのに名前が違うからと宿泊出来なかった。宿泊費だけ請求された。 また、宿泊者が変更になると連絡のため電話をしたが、電話にもでない。 ホテルドットコムからも連絡を入れてもらったが、連絡がつかないとの回答があり、どうしようもないホテルだと思った。

仕事で宿泊しました。入口から清潔があり、客室も満足でした。 仕事出来るお洒落なデスクもあり快適でした。 また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

I had arranged to meet an ex student in Japan who I hosted in Australia 25 years ago. I asked her to meet me at the hotel and to ask reception to call my room when she arrived. 30 minutes after the agreed time I went down to reception to find that she had been waiting half an hour because reception refused on security grounds to ring me in my room because they were not allowed to disclose I was staying at the hotel. I am a 76 year old Australian and I have never experienced anything like this before. UNBELIEVABLE
