Great location. I was in a lovely room with great decor, super clean and comfortable bed. But we were sad they didn’t put our three room bookings next door to each other. And the light from the corridor into the room was bad.

Excellent location for Bath centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location. Great bedroom.

Although the hotel advertises it has parking, it is not true. It is a small parking area and it is on a first come first serve basis. That means we couldnt park any time during the three days we stayed in the city. The only alternative is to pay for parking in the road. If you are looking for a hotel in Bath with parking, Henrietta IS NOT AN OPPTION!

It was nicely situated for Poultney Bridge and the centre of Bath and was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Lovely hotel very polite staff only down fall was the shower spraying to the electrics so couldn’t use the shower but would definitely book again breakfast was delicious value for money

Breakfast was really delicious - our vegetarian option. The staff at breakfast were really kind and looked after is so well. There were a few men dressed in suits whispering to the staff and walking about on phones that made breakfast feel like we were sitting with mafia and made the silent atmosphere quite uncomfortable. Comfort room is really tiny and one luggage rack meant most of our stuff was on the floor. Bathroom is designed badly, soap dispenser too far from sink and drips over toilet. Shower soaks the bathroom. Chandelier in bedroom is so camp but needs a dust! Hotel has a good location.

The room was very small and dingy along with the shower and toilet. The bed although chose double wasn't big enough for 2 to sleep comfortably. overall the location was great and easily reachable to the nearest attractions. Would def recommend the walking tour. I was only there for one night so the whole experience was pleasant except my comment above.

Everything was lovely but I only booked it because it said it had parking. As it turns out parking was extremely limited so we missed out

Over priced and over rated. The staff was very friendly and polite. However, when you spend £180 per night, you expect a bigger room not a box room, a better breakfast not a micro portion.

Everytime I visit Bath I try to stay at Henrietta House. Great location, clean and friendly staff.

Dirty bathrooms with mould on the grouting, sink and on the dispensers. Leaking shower, and hair from two previous guests left on the wall. Tired, poorly maintained fixtures with active damp in two places. Soundproofing non existent Only pros are the location and easy parking.

Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the reception smelt great, delicious breakfast and fantastically located. Five stars from me!

Disappointing, staff are robotic, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was the smallest ive ever encountered, no complimentary water in the room. Breakfast was fully booked until 10am. I normally wouldnt moan but I paid just over £400 for one night so was expecting a bit more from this hotel.

Bath is very small so staying a bit further from center is fine. Everything was excellent.

Confusing parking situation with the hotel having just a very small car park which is hard to find. It was also full so had to park about a 8 minute walk away. Original room was really nice, well appointed but the heating didn’t work and it was freezing. I was quickly and efficiently moved to another room, smaller than the first but equally comfortable. The view was poor, you are just about eye level with the street and people and cars go past at all hours which can be a little noisy but didn’t impact me too much. Great location and decent value for money.
