I stay at the crockfords twice a year, every year for business at the convention center. This time, I called AND emailed them right after I booked, requesting for a high ceiling room which I got confirmation on. However, when I checked in, they gave me a completely different room. Frustrated, I called them and had to speak with the manager which took forever because they kept putting me on hold. They even lied and said they didn't have any rooms available. But when I showed them the email proof, they suddenly told me they had a room for me. Such gross behavior from such a "luxury" hotel. I'll make sure to take my business to Fontaine Bleu on my next visit.
