The reason for my low rating is because of the unmanned front desk. Checking in was long and challenging. They have a video call support line but the experience is unpleasant as others were trying to check in and I could barely hear/understand them.

Room is very spacious for sleep of 5. Property is walkable to train station, tourist attractions and convenience stores.

Was disappointed that they only offered to clean room and give you fresh towels after 4 days. Had to share 4 towels among a family of 5 for 4 days for a week long stay

広くてきれい！チェックインに戸惑ったが、モニター越しに丁寧に教えてくれた。

ロッカーがオートロックの内側にあり、15時前に使えなかったのがとても不便で後悔しました。宿泊中にロッカーなんか使う人なんかそうそういません。15時前に部屋に入れないのはわかりますが、ロッカー使えないというのは最悪でした。また、前日メールすると言っていたのに届いておらず、こちらからメールしたら届きました。不親切で残念でした。 しかし、部屋の清潔さや施設的な部分は満足でした。

子供が気に入ってたので、また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Because there isn’t no receptionist and there checking in needed to be done with tablet, it wasn’t a smooth process, especially the part where reservation number wasn’t provided prior, didn’t game entrance code for tour front door, and had to input all the guests’ info on my own. In addition to the issues I had with the checking in, someone made a mess at the lobby area which was left untouched for almost a day, and the trash from the room didn’t get picked up for days. Not so convenient for foreign travelers staying for more than a day or two.

한명한명 무인으로 체크인하는게 생각보다 좀 힘들엇어요~~ 예약번호도 찾아야하구,,(귀찮음) 좀 더 간단햇음,, 좋겟습니다

家族4人で宿泊させていただきました。 部屋が大変広く家族で感動しました いい旅行が出来ました。

too far from the station and the shopping centres. the check out time too early.

For a budget hotel it was clean, spacious, easy checkin and centrally located. Great location so that its easy to travel around the city. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would stay again

Was very basic. No restaurants near by. Lots of construction around so it was difficult using google maps. No drying facilities in room especially when they expect you to reuse rowels and dryer doesnt work.

今回家族4名でお世話なりました。 USJとサッカー観戦の2手に別れて行動した後ホテルで集合するといったスケジュールにしました。 良かった点は 静かな環境で新しく綺麗で清潔。広さも十分で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。プロジェクターも楽しめました。 残念な点は レジャー後、夜になって駅から歩くには辛い距離だし場所が分かり辛い。明るいうちなら違ったかもしれませんが・・ 先に向かった組は駅から歩いたところ散々迷ってようやくたどり着いたとのことだったので、後組は大阪駅からタクシーを利用し千円程度ですんなり到着出来ました。 私達は1泊で滞在時間も短かかったので問題ありませんでしたが、連泊するとしたら清掃が入り、タオル交換もしてもらえるホテルを選ぶかな。 逆を言えばプライバシー、エコ、人材不足等の観点からすれば今の時代に合っていると言えますけど。 総合的にはとても良かったです！

附近比較清靜, 找間便利店也要行數分鐘，建議自駕遊比較便利。房間大, 適合多人入住。

広い。静か。新しい。めちゃ良かった。

오사카 가족 여행으로 아주 만족했습니다 숙박시설 사이즈도 4명 숙박하기에도 좋고 시설도 청결하고 모든 시설에 만족합니다 오사카 역에서도 도보로 10분정도로 그리 멀지 않고 시설도 깨끗하고 청결하고 좋습니다 단, 화장실에서 냄새가 많이 납니다 방향제 설치를 해주시거나 화장실 청소시 탈취에 좀 신경써주셨으면 좋겠습니다 그리고 타월보충이 안되서 세탁실에서 세탁 후 사용하려고 했는데 세탁실에 세탁기가 2대 있는데 빨래 후 사람들이 찾아가질 않아서 결국은 세탁을 못했습니다 세탁 후 빨리 찾아가야한다는 문구 등을 세탁실에 표시했으면 좋겠습니다 전반적으로 아주 만족합니다

New facility, very clean and modern. 15 min from the station cutting through the park (under construction) and 3 min from Umeda Sky Building. Highly recommend.

Close to station and close to the best sushi we’ve had yet! The room was good side for our family of 4 and the beds comfortable, but the checkin was little frustrating. Once we figured it out then easy to get in and out. Recommend!
