Nice, new, good, good restaurants around

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the small parking area, so it's best to arrive early if you want to secure a spot. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

The room was very spacious and always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of hot and cold foods and planty of different beverages. We had a fantastic 4 days at the hotel, there outside space was fantastic in the evenings with a couple of glasses of wine

Unfortunately, our experience at Ibis was disappointing. The staff were not helpful and seemed unhappy throughout our stay. Room cleanliness was below expectations, and the breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, the service quality did not match the standard we expected from the hotel.

Rummet var jättebra och städningen OK, men de fyllde aldrig på det som saknades eller hade tagit slut (handtvål, kaffemuggar, schampo etc). Läget var heller långt ifrån optimalt och det fanns väldigt lite nära hotellet

Staff was very nice. Restaurant was good. Rooms where ok but not very well equipped. Was missing basically everything you normally find in a hotel room. Room was extremely noisy - especially during the night there were very loud noises. It was not clear if it came from technical installations or there was some machines running in the building but it was impossible to get any sleep.

The bed was comfy, the room and hotel clean and the staff in the restaurant were friendly, it was a shame about the racist reception staff.

We are very happy with this hotel. And this is not the first time. For us, the location is very convenient. The cleaning was perfect, every day. Nicoleta took good care of our rooms. Very happy with everything.

Hospitality at its best. Coming from me as a former of a star hotel and now travelling the world, the staff at this hotel are the best hospitable I uave had in my travel experience from check in to check out . Want to mention Denisa and Iomut. They are a great asset to the hotel and Bucharest as a whole in terms of hospitability. They are the reason this hotel will be my home in Bucharest. 100% service from them
