The staff are very knowledgeable and try hard to make your stay comfortable.

Our room was large and clean. Location is great, easy walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Will stay here again when I return!

Very clean and modern with friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool with a pretty good view.. unfortunately the bar and restaurant on the roof were closed as they were shortstaffed.

Staff was pleasant when we checked in, however we called them out over how they wanted me to let them print my credit card detail and have me signed a bland form as a deposit. When I pointed out to them that I’m not happy to leave my details open in that way, in the end they added $150 to two credit card slip totalling $300. after that we got the silent treatment for the duration of the weekend. When we checked out on Sunday morning, we were told to wait while they checked the rooms, after this was done, we were then told that they had to keep both credit card slips because one of the face cloth used had a bit of makeup on it. There were no notice on the bathroom wall explaining there would be a charge for the use of the towels. If we dirty them. Especially not $300. I would never return again. Staff needs to learn how to smile and be welcoming to all people not just white Americans. BLACK LIVES MATTERS TOO. Would I stay there again. No I would not.

Room was not ready. Told it would be another 2 hours before it would be. We left our things and went to get lunch. 15 minutes later we got a message saying room was ready.

From start to finish this was a lovely stay. The beds are comfortable, the linen crisp, the towels fluffy and everything spotless. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and just so nice. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend.

I would never stay here again. The bed and towels were nice and the balcony was a plus but otherwise was not a good value. Other options were on the water with amenities such as free bikes and restaurants. This hotel had no coffee in room or anywhere and even the tea was so weak not worth the trouble. Staff was less than welcoming and helpful in regards to activities. Their restaurant was not functioning and game room only open in evening. Pool was tiny. I was told no one was available to check on issues with tv second day after telling me they would check so went to room for a shower only to hear a man walk in while I was in the bathroom. Very unprofessional. This room was a lot more expensive than other options that I chose it expecting higher level of service and did not get it. Felt more like an ownership issue than team issue as a person who has worked in the industry in the past.

The staff was friendy, and the room was very large, as was the bathroom. The bed was also comfy, especially in comparison to some of the other places I stayed on this trip. The only downsides were that some of the towels had stains, and I found a live roach in my room. It could happen anywhere, I suppose, but still bothered me.

Horrific noise issue. Kids doing bottle rockets and fire crackers late at night. Called the front desk, they don’t do anything about that. Dogs barking intermittently every night, for the four nights we were there. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not your hotel. Otherwise, everything was good:)

Awesome hotel. Very clean. Very friendly helpful staff. Airport shuttle ride went perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Very beautiful property. Close proximity to food and nightlife. The casino and bar were a treat. And I wanna give a shout out to the bartender Mrs. Marlena as she is amazing.
