Few small hiccups, like was told no red wine, but then it's served to someone else? Bartender took good care of me.

Wonderful staff. Poor internet/wifi. Overcrowded dining for breakfast and dinner.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. However the breakfast choices were substandard. Also, for some reason we had to almost have a fit about having washcloths. When the room was cleaned thy did not leave washcloths. We had to keep calling the desk to ask them to come back to leave them. That was very odd. The towels looked like thy were used to clean the floors. They were dingy and worn.

Un hôtel qui sait rester irréprochable dans le temps J’ai eu le plaisir de découvrir le Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca dès son ouverture en septembre 2022, avec mon épouse, et j’y suis retourné récemment avec mon épouse et notre fille. Ce deuxième séjour confirme ce que j’avais ressenti à l’époque : cet établissement place l’hospitalité et le sens du détail au cœur de son service, et cela fait toute la différence. D’abord, je tiens à adresser une mention très spéciale à Lahcen, qui nous avait accueillis chaleureusement en 2022 et qui, depuis, a gravi les échelons. Sa progression est amplement méritée : c’est un manager qui incarne parfaitement l’esprit de l’hôtel, avec une attention sincère aux clients et une gentillesse rare. Le restaurant, sous la direction de Ghani, mérite également d’être salué. L’équipe n’a pas hésité à nous rendre un service précieux en lavant les biberons de notre fille avec bienveillance et professionnalisme. Ce genre de geste, qui peut paraître simple, a pourtant un immense impact pour des parents en voyage. À l’accueil, Faouzi s’est montré d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exemplaires. Toujours souriant, efficace et attentif, il a contribué à rendre notre séjour fluide et agréable. Je tiens également à remercier les agents d’entretien, qui ne se sont pas contentés d’un nettoyage irréprochable, mais ont aussi pris l’initiative de réorganiser certaines affaires pour nous faciliter la vie.

over all the property was great 9/10. maybe a little improvement i staff and communication would give it a 10/10.

I am impressed by this hotel. Everything went smoothly. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Un peu loin des grands centres. Autrement, je recommade vraiment cet hôtel.
