Had a short stay, rooms were spacious, breakfast was plentiful and the staff super friendly.

Absolutely great hotel. Great option for weddings and other events. Also great for business travel being just off the motorway

We like the size of the room. Both the room, bathroom and room linens clean, but having an open shower in a bathroom that is not a wet room resulted in water spraying everywhere. I was concerned about the risks without proper waterproofing, as moisture can easily damage a building's subfloor. The hotel is tucked away surrounded by a woodland garden. Nice place for a morning stroll. Downside of staying in rooms of the main hotel - was the noise level in an open, older building is at times high and echoey due to the architectural materials of the buildings. The hard surfaces reflect sound waves instead of absorbing them, which significantly amplifies everyday background noise.

I was extremely happy when I pulled up here, the hotel looks like a National Trust property and the interior matches this theme. The staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond to my the stay comfortable. I chose the traditional English breakfast, it was enough to see my through to the evening and the quality was great. Having previously stayed in chain hotels in this area, I have decided to make this hotel my go to :)

Clean room and nice hotel. Lovely breakfast even though you have to be patient for coffee as you have to request it everytime. Parking was great.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the rainhill hall hotel. All the staff were lovely and willing to help and happy to serve our needs during our stay. I'm hoping to come back in the near future. Edmund Portsmouth.

Breakfast menu was ok. Parking seemed to be secure. It's really good value for the money. Bar is limited on the draught beer, mostly just bottled.

Room was very noisy, church bells rang until very late. I asked for a quiet room!
