Amazing staff, nice clean room. I had an issue with the shower, but they were responsive to the problem.

Clean rooms. Check in was poor. When we arrived, no one at reception and staff at bar ingored us. Rooms weren't sound proof, we could hear music from the bar. The live music went on until late, 11pm.

In the middle of town close to the bus centre and a few min want from the train station.

Handy parking, nice decor and good atmosphere in the bar.

Very spacious and warm room. Very clean. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Could do with more lounge furniture and more cutlery. The dishwasher was great.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Lisburn. Late check in wasn’t an issue, very friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms, changed daily if required. Breakfast was quality, cooked to order. Good vibe in the bar in the evenings, would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent 👌 great customer service. I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in earlier than usual. Really appreciate it.. nothing to complain about the hotel 👍👍
