Our room was beautiful with a fantastic huge terrace overlooking the lake. The front staff at the hotel were wonderful. Our only issue was at the restaurant which I don’t know if they are connected to the hotel or not, but the food was terrible even though it was a gorgeous view.

We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again.

If I could give this hotel a million stars I would. Incredible staff, great food, perfect location to town, incredible mountain and water views.

Chambre propre, mais le personnel ne s’est pas montré accueillant à mon arrivée : réponses froides, obligée de demander le code pour déverrouiller la porte d’accès piéton… au vu de l’établissement, mes attentes étaient toutes autres, dommage !

The room was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony was great. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. We paid extra for breakfast a couple of days which was great and we had room service as well.

Très beaux hôtel Juste dommage qu’on était à côté de la réception et le (soir/matin) on entendait tout sinon 10/10 Je recommande le restaurant (belle vue et bonne nourriture)

Clean modern spacious room, friendly staff and lovely location

20 euro breakfast per person only offers various versions of breads and a coffee from a machine. Great view but not even an average breakfast. Save your money and eat somewhere out.

Camera rumorosa, porta che non si chiudeva completamente e sbatteva lasciando passare luce del corridoio dentro la stanza, mancanza del bollitore, in un 4 stelle mi sembra il minimo, tv con solo 3 canali visibili. Materasso scomodo
