I booked two rooms for my stay and overall had a good experience. The hotel design is modern, stylish, and artistic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I forgot my valet parking key and they worked together to resolve it. The room layout is well thought out, with the toilet and shower separated but still connected, plus a sliding door for added privacy. The two level gym is decent and surprisingly never felt overcrowded. We didn’t try the heated outdoor pool, but it’s a nice feature to have in colder weather. However, there were some issues. Both rooms had an unlocked panel behind the bed that felt out of place. Cleanliness was also a concern, the pillowcase in one room and the bedsheet in the other had small brown spots. There was also a musty, humid odor coming from the bathroom that affected the entire room upon entry, and I had to use perfume to freshen the space. Overall, I liked the design and appreciated the staff, but better cleanliness and maintenance would significantly improve the stay.

Great location in Montreal. Staff was very nice, including the valet, front desk and restaurant. The pool was beautiful and has a sauna and great gym! Highly recommend this place. And while the restaurants onsite are good, there are many amazing places to eat within walking distance in each direction of the hotel!

Absolutely on of the best hotel stays ever! A gorgeous room, super clean and luxurious. The lobby is stylish and service impeccable. Love the bakery downstairs and the spa, pool and restaurant were all amazing! I cannot praise The Humaniti enough.

The room was so beautiful and the staff were amazing. I would come back and stay at this hotel again. The bakery is a huge plus, theuly have so many goodies and tasty coffee! The outdoor heated pool was amazing and the gym was also nice!
