Friendly staff. First room was spacious but too loud from the bar across the street. We did not sleep the first night. They offered us several other rooms even with balcony at the same price to choose from. ONLY the INTERIOR (room not facing the street) would work for us, and it did! Recommend not to preorder the breakfast. Food is mediocre. Preordered breakfast is very limited. A breakfast buffet would have been nice. They have a nice coffee shop for premium coffee lovers. Location is very convenient, walkable to many iconic sites for first time visitors.

La habitación estaba muy pequeña la ropa de cama de poliéster , junto estaba un paso a la azotea y hacían ruido, eso es lo que no me gustó

I don’t like the breakfast, they say the breakfast instead in the pay of the room and we have to pay for two years old because they don’t include. the room phone doesn’t work, the dryer doesn’t work neither. I like they clean and organize very well.

It was well located in historic center. The property just needs updating. Ive stayed at other properties in same area that are old buildings but remodeled and are great. I gave this a try but not returning.

Bonita estancia

Ask for a room on the 6th floor with a balcony you won’t regret it. Room 603 is where we stayed and we had a blast on the balcony. Everyone was friendly and it was very safe.

DEFINITIVAMENTE BUENA UBICACIÓN EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO DE CDMX. EL CUARTO CON EL MINIMO NECESARIO PARA DESCANSAR.EL SERVICIO DE AGUA CALIENTE NO FUE FLUIDO, Y NO ESTARÍA MAL, UN SERVICIO DE CAFETERA COMO LO HE ENCONTRADO EN HOTELES DE CLASIFICACION SIMILAR. BUENA ATENCIÓN POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL.

Pues había muchas cucarachas pequeñas en el baño. La habitación era 509. Quizá sería bueno que fumigaran.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant needs food taste & options, exterior presentation needs attention.

In late January the room was freezing with no heating. Breakfast is included in the price, however the restaurant is open to the street via a connected coffee place, so the cold wind was howling through the restaurant. The first room we got allocated wasn’t cleaned properly. We found long female hair on the floor. The next room had a craft person working in the bath room. The 3rd room was facing Ave 5 de Mayo. Loud club music and traffic noise was painful through the single pane windows. Will not return.

The room was very hot, it had a portable ac unit that didn’t work and was super loud, couldn’t even hear the tv. Definitely not what was advertised. Complementary Breakfast was lame. My room key deactivated every time we left the room.

Está muy bonito y hay muchas cosas cerca, el centro el zócalo, comida , Oxxo. Tiendas departamentales fabuloso lo recomiendo y la comida riquísima

The air conditioning unit did not seem to work. However, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the complementary purified water.

Mejorar la seguridad mucho ruidos por la noche en los pasillos, ser mas empaticos los meseros del restaurante poco amables.

The hotel is tired, walls and curtains had stains. No heating in the room and in early February it was colder than comfortable. The room was facing Calle 5 de Mayo, with loud music till 2am on the week end, and vehicle noise through the single pane window. The restaurant on the ground floor had the cafeteria window open to the street with the cold wind howling trough. One good thing was the vicinity of Zocalo.

The room was fine, courteous staff and perfect location.
